Welcome to your riverfront getaway! You won't want to leave with the abundance of amenities in this resort community. Enjoy fly fishing on private riverfront access to the Fraser River, or try one of 4 stocked trout ponds. Grab the paddle boat for a ride on the private pond or kick back and have a waterfront bonfire. Summer provides an opportunity to sit by the pool and soak up the sun! In the winter, enjoy the hot tub after a day of Skiing. There’s no shortage of activities to keep you busy!

Peaceful and spacious in Granby

Well cared-for, quiet and comfortable country house with easy access to RMNP. Lots of privacy for a larger group, and lovely to sit out front and have dinner on the porch. Train line is nearby but this wasn’t an issue.

Great comfortable and clean!

This was a beautiful cabin with everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for a guys fishing trip. All the comforts of home with a river and ponds to fish right in your backyard. Great for some quick fishing before you hit the Colorado or Williams Fork. Just perfect!

Great Location!

We were looking for a place close to town and Granby Ranch so this home was perfect! Very clean and cozy with plenty of space for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made mornings much easier. Definitely recommend!

Very fun site

We had three nights at this site. Condo was great for our needs. The lakes providing fun fly fishing opportunities. Later in July we could have fished the river! Great place for kids with pool and fishing available. As we were a bit early the manager accommodated us with an early check-in. Much appreciated.

Some of our favorites are snowboarding, boating, hiking, biking and just enjoying a the great outdoors. Granby is a hidden gem, it has it all! Whether its 20 minutes to world-class winter skiing or 20 minutes to our favorite summer lake and RMNP! This location is our true home away from home!

What makes this property unique

Our cabin is our cozy mountain house! The amenities on the property make it feel like a mountain resort and the private access to the Fraser River is our favorite! We have decorated the cabin to make it feel like home, so sit back relax and enjoy the mountains!
