Our Place at the Beach - Old Landing Rd (104th Street) - This 3rd floor unit offers a short walk to the beach, large private pool and a beautiful sunset view over the bay from the privacy of your deck. This two bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped with central air, vinyl flooring throughout, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, cable with DVD and wifi . Two car parking. For security there are surveillance cameras throughout the parking lot.
NON-SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Fun family vacation

This condo is much bigger than what the pictures show. It is in a great, quiet location only 2 blocks from the beach. The view is beautiful and the pool is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for a short weekend trip to OC for a softball tournament. It was exactly as described in the listing and very clean! Location was perfect and close to everything we needed! Would definitely consider staying again in the future :)

Beautiful view

We needed a place in close proximity to a dance competition venue and this was perfect!!! The condo was prefect. Clean, comfortable and walking distance to where we needs to go. The view is amazing and i enjoyed morning coffee and sunset on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Location was on a nice, quiet street. Lots to do within walking distance. The beach was very close by, the pool was beautiful and large. Joan was a pleasure to rent from and very responsive to any questions I had asked. Would love to stay there again!!

Property was great. Very clean. Had the basics we needed. Pool on the property was good also. Not overcrowded. Has a lifeguard. Great view from the balcony where we ate breakfast. Few things to consider. It’s on the 3rd floor, so you will need to climb stairs to get there. And the host did mention (ahead of time) that you will need to provide linens for the beds and towels. Other than that, everything was provided.

Wonderful location & stay

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this location. The only thing it could use is a freshen up, the living room and kitchen is dated. Everything worked well - oven, etc. However the microwave was so old we could not pop microwavable popcorn (we do alot on Vaca for movie nights) correctly, something odd but not truly troublesome. The owner was wonderful to check in with and prompt for my question, we loved her home. It's very spacious and the sunsets are gorgeous from the patio. Home was clean & we appreciated that she encouraged guests to keep shoes in baskets, maininting the cleanliness. We used the vacuum to clean up & also appreciated the extra supplies "in case". Highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed!!

This property was amazing! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The pool was huge and not very crowded. I really have nothing negative to say about it. Because of Covid my 5 and 8 year old have never been on a beach vacation that they actually remember. They were so happy about everything! The condo was on the 3rd floor and no elevator so it was a little difficult for my 70 year old parents carrying luggage up and down but it was doable. I liked that the condo complex was right in front of a really nice neighborhood so I was able to safely walk by myself early every morning. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was our second time renting this property. It is clean and had everything we needed for a family of four. The sunsets over the bay are beautiful, and the beach is within easy walking distance. The host is very responsive.
