The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with a bathroom / bathroom inside, a bedroom with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) generally used for children; a large veranda overlooking the sea used for any open-air lunch and / or dinner; The panoramic position with main exposure to the east allows to have a warm temperature in the morning and evening. Soggiorno a Costa Rei in Agosto

La casa di Salvatore è esattamente come descritta nell' annuncio. Posizione rialzata rispetto al paese che permette una vista meravigliosa sia di giorno che di notte attraverso il bel terrazzo coperto . Il terrazzo é equipaggiato con poltrone e tavolo per mangiare all aperto cullati da una brezza costante. Durante il ns soggiorno non abbiamo rilevato la presenza di zanzare . La cucina e le camere sono attrezzate di ogni confort e l ambiente si presenta pulito ed ordinato. Salvatore é un padrone di casa premuroso ma non invadente e ciò che più conta ha dimostrato di essere corretto in ogni frangente. La spiaggia di Costa Rei si raggiunge in 2 minuti ( misurati ) in macchina e circa 8 minuti a piedi, vicina anche la spiaggia di Piscina Rei più adatta ai bambini piccoli. Punti negativi ? il ritorno a piedi dalla spiaggia necessita di un po’ di pazienza per superare la salita finale , breve ma ripida. Qualche formica se non si rispetta una puntigliosa pulizia dei pavimenti. La Sardegna è meravigliosa e Costa Rei è stata una splendida conferma., Salvatore un degno rappresentante dell’ ospitalità e cortesia dei suoi abitanti

Great holiday

We liked everything about our stay there. Apartment was comfortable, our host helping, view just great and walk to the beach quite short. Nice and quiet place. Good place for peaceful rest.

Casa spaziosa con bellissima vista sulla Baia di Costa Rei. Il mare dista 10/15 minuti a piedi.

Casa con 3 camere e due bagni e una terrazza con una splendida vista. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti anche se al ritorno è discretamente in salita. Bella esperienza. Grazie Salvatore, presente, disponibile e puntuale.

Vacanza indimenticabile!

La casa è perfetta, ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno ed anche molto di più. Si vede che è una seconda casa vissuta e piena di ricordi. Il panorama dalla veranda è fantastico, imperdibile!! La casa essendo leggermente sopraelevata rispetto al resto del paese gode di una brezza fresca ad ogni ora del giorno, tanto che non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata nonostante durante il nostro soggiorno siano stati ampiamente superati i 35 gradi. La spiaggia raggiungibile anche a piedi in 8 minuti di cammino cronometrati è bellissima, ampia e lunga ben 10 km. Ringraziamo ancora Salvatore, che ci ha accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto, e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni su ristoranti, pescheria, spiagge, ecc... per trascorrere la vacanza al meglio. Certi che ci ritorneremo sicuramente un saluto a Salvatore, e nuovamente grazie per la sua cortesia, simpatia e disponibilità. Fam. Vergani

Bien agréable

Nous avons passés mes amis et moi (6 jeunes de 21 à 25 ans), deux semaines en Sardaigne dont une semaine dans cet appartement. Superbe vue, une grande terrasse fleurie bien agréable, une cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle !! En revanche 2 chambres sur 3 ne disposent que d'une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur la montagne, il fait donc très sombre même en pleine journée et impossible d'aérer réellement ou de faire des courants d'air... La plage, petits commerces et les restaurants/bars sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. La ville est vivante et dynamique même en soirée (du moins en été). Attention la pente pour "monter" à l'appartement est très, très raide !!!! Les propriétaires sont accueillant. ps : Un des petits dessin de poisson (Dory) est un cadeau de notre part !

Vista Magnifica

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione fatta . Il proprietario Sig: Salvatore che salutiamo è stato molto gentile e premuroso ,informandosi spesso che le vacanze procedessero per il meglio . La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e confronto alla zona bassa è molto fresca la consigliamo sicuramente a chi dopo una giornata di mare vuole rilassarsi in quello che è il fiore all,occhiello di questa casa : una magnifica veranda fiorita , spaziosa e con una vista stupenda su buona parte della costa. "Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana sulla costa sud-orientale della Sardegna visitando le spiagge più belle della Costa Rei e di Villasimius e godendoci il bellissimo panorama che si può vedere dalla deliziosa terrazza della villetta del Sig. Salvatore. Stavamo così bene che abbiamo trascorso lì quasi tutte le nostre serate. La casa è graziosa e confortevole. Ha due comodi bagni e tre camere dove sono distribuiti otto comodi posti letto e tanti fiori. Il proprietario, è molto cortese e non dimentica di dare buoni consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare per "assaggiare" questa meravigliosa terra che è la Sardegna!!! Forse ci torniamo..."

"Nous avons passé (4 adultes) une semaine splendide en Sardaigne. L'appartement dispose d'une très jolie terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La plage est accessible à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très agréable à habiter. Le propriétaire et son fils ont été très chaleureux, prévenants et accueillants."

"Beautiful location and w...

"Beautiful location and well kept accommodation. Very friendly owner. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The walk to beach, shops and restaurants 10-15 minutes and is able to be done even on a hot day - just cool off at the outdoor shower overlooking the water afterwards. The beach has white sand and lovely clear and clean water. Would highly recommend you stay here."
