Villa located 250 m from Santa Catalina Beach, in one of the best beach areas in Spain: Costa de la Luz. From the beach, you can enjoy views of the bay and Cádiz. Water sports club on the beach, offering courses and boat rentals. Two excellent beach bars.
The villa is located in a small complex of eight villas, with common areas and a pool. The pool is right outside the house and is safe for children since it is fully fenced. It features a children’s wading area and heather-fabric beach umbrellas. We provide two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella for the exclusive use of our guests.
The house is very bright, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, with 120 m² spread over two floors connected by a wide staircase. Three double bedrooms (one child up to three years old stays free; a travel cot is available), a spacious living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and private garden, and a kitchen with a separate laundry room and clothesline. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a breakfast bar. The house stays cool thanks to its orientation and features numerous windows overlooking the shared gardens and a park. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Flat-screen TV, CD/USB player, Wi-Fi.
We have a lush private garden with a furnished dining area and a seating area with sofas and a small table. A small charcoal grill is available.
Very quiet area with pleasant walking paths and a short distance from Puerto de Santa María, which offers a wide range of sports, cultural, and leisure activities.
Restaurants and bars in the area. Shops and a pharmacy are less than 1,000 metres from the house.
The province of Cádiz enjoys a privileged climate. With over 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 18.2°, it delights visitors. It is a typically Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influences, characterised by mild temperatures and low rainfall. Summers are long, hot, and dry, with temperatures that rarely exceed 32° due to the influence of the sea. Even during the winter months, temperatures rarely drop below 20 degrees.

For nature lovers, El Puerto de Santa María is situated in the heart of the wildlife-rich Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. The Toruños area is an ideal spot for hiking or renting bicycles or kayaks.
