Beachfront house. Capacity for 8 people. Ideal for two couples with children.
It consists of two double bedrooms, two doubles (all with ceiling fan), two bathrooms and a toilet, living room-dining room-kitchen all connected, parking for two cars, two terraces of 21 m2, (one with awnings, shower exterior and countertop with sink) and a roof terrace. All windows have mosquito nets. All appliances are new and fridge and freezer are large capacity. It has a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bath towels, sheets, hair dryer, TV and internet connection. The common room has a high-power AC and fan. It includes electricity, water and internet.
Located in the best area of Rota, you have everything close but noise. 50 meters from the pine forest, the beach and Las Dunas beach bar; which has a chill out area with live music. The windsurfing and sailing school for children and adults is 200m away. Right next to the free botanical garden, 5 minutes walk from the promenade and its variety of restaurants, 6 minutes walk from the Mercadona and 15 minutes from the center of Rota.

Amazing Beach House

We had later flights and the host was very flexible in checking us in. He was also very responsive. The house has all the consciences, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and so close to the beach. We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for our family of five and we slept comfortably.

Una casa muy buena y grande, que cuenta con muchos espacios y es perfecta para veranear, cerca de la playa y a poco del centro del pueblo. Tanto el dueño como las limpiadoras son muy amables. Mi grupo y yo repetiriamos sin duda.

Casa unifamiliar a escasos metros de la playa. Bonita , muy cómoda y confortable. Excelente limpieza. No le falta ningún detalle. Una experiencia muy agradable. Sin duda repetiremos si es posible. Una estancia fantástica al lado de la playa

Una casa cómoda y moderna, dotada de todas las comodidades que se puedan necesitar y min cerca de la playa. Los propietarios muy amables, nos facilitaron toda la información que precisamos La zona donde se encuentra es más tranquila que el centro del pueblo y está cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y demás servicios

Eneas es un chico muy agradable que nos dejo todo listo para disfrutar de su casa. Todas las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y con sabanas y toallas, comodidades de hotel en ambiente de hogar. Fácil aparcar, casa a pie de playa, muy silencioso y agradable, recomendable 100%
