Très belle maison fonctionnelle avec une grande piscine bénéficiant d’un emplacement exceptionnel avec la plage à 30 mètres. Facile de communiquer sur place avec Dominique qui est française. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour et reviendrons sûrement!

Ha sido una semana maravillosa.La casa genial. Con todo lo necesario y más!!La piscina y el porche acristalado de lujo. A la piscina le da el sol todo el día.La ubicación perfecta. Justo al lado dos restaurantes, a tres minutos andando un supermercado, enfrente la parada del autobús con el que moverte a Peñiscola, Benicarló, …La comunicación con Dominique excelente. Siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades.Sin duda un acierto. Para repetir sin duda!!!

Fantastique séjour

Superbe séjour dans ce logement avec grande piscine, beau jardin, très proche mer et commerces. Hyper facile pour les français avec une personne française (très agréable) en point de contact. Maison spacieuse et bien agencée, et merci aux ventilateurs qui ont avec facilité le sommeil durant ces chaudes nuits d’été.

Magnifica estancia

Estupenda casa, con gran piscina y jardin. Al lado de la playa, aunque es un poco incomoda para entrar y salir del agua para gente mayor o personas con discapacidad fisica.

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE

Hemos pasado las vacaciones en familia y han sido estupendas. La casa es muy cómoda y con todo tipo de comodidades, nos hemos sentido como en casa y no hemos echado de menos nada. La piscina estupenda, siempre le da el sol y está muy limpia. La zona es muy tranquila y muy próxima a la playa. Lástima que ha sido una semana de altas temperaturas y hacía un poco de calor a la hora de dormir aunque la casa dispone de ventiladores.

Buen sitio para ir de vacaciones

Todo perfecto: Chalet por dentro, por fuera, ubicación, piscina, aparcamiento, playa muy cercana limpia con socorristas. La amiga de la dueña perfecta para: Dudas, información, recogidas de llaves y entrega de llaves. Por poner alguna pega, la playa aunque tenga socorristas, nada mas entrar, ya cubre.

Maison sympa, plage à 50 m, supermarché à 400 m quartier très calme, PENISCOLA à moins de 10 mn en voiture Remarque pour la propriétaire. piscine éclairage défaillant manque un barreau à échelle ( pour les personnes de petite taille ) pour une villa de ce standing, un barbecue en dur serait pas surperflux ( le BBC disponible était un peu bancale )

Casa con muy buena piscina y buena ubicación

Muy buena casa, con un jardín con piscina muy buena , la casa está muy bien equipada y muy bien ubicada ya que la playa está a 1 minuto andando, todo perfecto Por poner algo mejorable las almohadas incómodas y haya demasiados mosquitos por lo que podrían tener mosquiteras para evitar Una estancia estupenda por lo general. Muy recomendable!

La casa estaba muy cómoda y la piscina es una maravilla. Muy cercana a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila. La llegada, entrada y entrega de llaves fue muy fácil y cómoda.

Casa, con piscina, muy próxima a la playa.

Lo mejor, sin duda alguna, el exterior (porches, cesped/árboles, buena piscina propia, aparcamiento ...) y su ubicación, tanto por cercanía/accesibilodad a la playa y a Peñíscola, como por la tranquilidad de la que goza. Juanjo Lazcano.

Fantastisch!!

Wij hebben hier 3 heerlijke weken gehad! De woning was super en compleet uitgerust. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk groot zwembad en dichtbij strand. Winkels op zeer korte afstand en heerlijke churrokraam vlakbij. Een echte aanrader. Erg vriendelijke dame(Dominique) die heel behulpzaam was. Dank je wel voor onze fijne vakantie!! Wir waren fast 3 Wochen hier in Benicarlo, die Villa, das Grundstück , der Pool und vor allem die Lage einfach top. Nicht zu vergessen den Gärtner und Poolpfleger, hier ein grosses Lob. Man hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht .

Fantástica semana en la Playa La Caracola

Hemos estado una semana disfrutando de esta casa y su entorno. La casa no es moderna pero a nosotros nos ha encantado. Todo en perfecto estado. Ademas con un jardin y una piscina fantasticos. El poder aparcar sin problemas dentro de la propiedad es un plus! La zona donde se encuentra la casa es a 50 metros de La Playa La Caracola. Los bares, restaurantes y chiringuitos de la zona están muy bien. Además hay cerca un supermercado, asi que no hemos necesitado usar el coche casi nada. El autobus pasa cada 1/2 hora y te lleva al centro de Peñiscola o Benicarló. Espero que los futuros ocupantes disfruten tanto de la casa como nosotros! Ana y familia!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison qui possède tout l'équipement nécessaire. Endroit très calme proche de Peñiscola et de tous les commerces. Repos et détente assurés Accueil chaleureux. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
