A beautiful modern villa, situated in the mountains overlooking the sea, but only 12 km from the beaches of Torre del Mar. Perfect for those who wish to visit Grenada, Seville or Cordoba. Very easy access, no dirt track!. Three bedrooms with high quality beds, room 1: 2 beds, room 2: 2 beds, room 3: queen bed,. Two bathrooms with showers, a big living room with satelite TV and a kitchen, facing terrace and pool. Terrace with garden furniture and a private pool 4 m x 7 m with parasols and sunbeds. Lovely garden to relax. Air-condition heating and/or pool heating available at additional cost.

We were so sad to leave this fabulous villa. Equipped with everything and more to make our stay so comfortable. Plenty of space both inside and out. Great pool and plenty of hot water with great pressure. This villa is well situated for restful pool days as well as days out. Madeleine was very helpful and I bhand if we needed her. Highly recommend for a wonderful holiday

Wonderful villa in the mountains

Spacious, but cozy, comfortable villa with a nice pool. Though you would need a car to get to nearby towns for groceries, there are plenty of walks around in the mountains to enjoy the views. We immensely enjoyed staying there.

The place to be during Dutch winter time!

A nice spacey villa well maintained, clean and at a nice location away from the tourist area but not too far from the city and numerous shops. We enjoyed 4 weeks sun during the whole month febr 2025. Contact with manager and owners was excellent. Value for money!!

Great Villa for a 2 week chill out

Well equipped villa for 6 people in quiet location 15 mins from the coast with great pool area and view over a valley. Easy access just off a main road which was a big plus. Straightforward booking arrangements and good communication with owners. Highly recommended.

The property was stunning, amazing and very peaceful. Very well decorated and lots of space. The pool area had a beautiful view and overall not overlooked.Our only niggles and they are only very little ones:1) the shower heads could do with descaling and the drains for the showers could do with unblocking.2) kitchen bin could do with a lid and the cupboard its housed in needs its door looking at.These are very minor things and definitely would not stop us from coming back again in the future.Thank you very much to our host we thoroughly enjoyed our time at your villa.

Beautiful Spacious Villa, Great Hosts

Lovely spacious villa with an open airy feel. Well designed with lovely furniture and good kitchen. Large well kept outdoor space, plenty of room for sunbathing & swimming. Pool is lovely, a little smaller and shallower than pictures suggest but perfectly fine for the 5 of us, and for cooling off on hot lazy days. 15 minute drive from supermarkets and Torre Del Mar, though we preferred Caleta De Velez just a couple minutes further along for our beach days, quieter, with free parking in the marina next to the beach. Nerja is approx 25-30 minute drive. Access to property is down a slightly steep tarmac driveway, from the mountain road towards Arenas look for a small turn off signposted ‘Los Almendros’ and go down until you see number 6 on the right.Madeleine who looks after the property is fantastic, seems to speak every language and can help with any problems. We had a great time and would recommend.

Lovely villa

This is a lovely spacious villa, everything you need with plenty of kitchen items, washer, dishwasher etc. The view is great and pool area spacious. We heated the pool as we expected it ti be quite cold but on reflection probably didnt need it, the pool was wonderful. Its a 10 min drive down to the town and a further 5 to the beachfront. The drive is a mountain road with a few tight areas but perfectly driveable, drive down to villa is steep 1 lane but concrete so easy enough. However you are in the hills so expect some critters, we saw a lovely praying mantis on the poorch one morning, also there are mozzies so stop by Eroski as you come off the highway at Velez malaga and pick up some repellant. Lovely stay and really enjoyed the villa, dont know about tv as we didnt switch it on. Wifi was good and never dropped out.

Verwalterin ist sehr bemüht Wünsche schnell möglich zu machen. Das Haus liegt in einer Windschneise mit teilweise heftigen, kühlen Böen. Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen. In einem Schlafzimmer tauchte ein Ameisennest auf, das umgehend beseitigt wurde. Der Urlaub wurde nur am letzten Tag getrübt als der Gärtner den Pool und Außenbereich sperrte. Es bedurfte erst einer massiven Intervention der Verwalterin um den Außenbereich wieder nutzen zu können. Das hat uns leider den letzten Urlaubstag vermiest.

Séjour détente et découvertes

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour dans cette belle villa, très bien équipée, propre, spacieuse et confortable, avec magnifique vue sur la montagne. L'endroit est facile d'accès, à proximité de commerces. Grand espace aménagé autour de la piscine avec belle végétation. La villa reste fraîche malgré les températures exterieures. Nous avons adoré l'endroit, calme et reposant. Merci Mado pour ton accueil sympathique, chaleureux et ta gentillesse. Belle rencontre : ne change rien, . Excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer super Vila

Die Vila ist wirklich sehr schön. Mein kann hier wunderbar Urlaub machen auch mit Kindern. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Vila ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist Abseits, aber dadurch perfekt für ein paar ruhige Tage. Trotzdem kommt man mit dem Auto gut in die Städte. Einzuges Manko war die schlechte Internet Anbindung. Dadurch konnte aber die Zeit in der Familie umso intensiver genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr groß, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr, viele Töpfe und intakte Pfannen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, stabiles W-Lan, Fernseher, bequeme Sofas und Betten, ein herrlicher Pool und Sonne ab 9 Uhr früh bis 19 Uhr abends). Man hat einen unverbauten Blick ins Tal, liegt unter Palmen, der Garten blüht und an den Bäumen wachsen Limetten. Es ist ruhig, oft weht ein laues Lüftchen. Dazu ein netter und unkomlizierter Kontakt zur Besitzerin und zum Gärtner. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine schöne Finca in den Bergen

Der Aufenthalt mit schöne Erinnerungen. Es gibt einen Gärtner, der sich um den Pool und die Pflanzen kümmert. Bei Problemen im Haus steht Madeleine oder der Gärtner sofort zur Verfügung. Man sollte aber ein bisschen spanisch können. Madeleine spricht viele Sprachen, aber mit spanisch ging es am besten. Es war ein schönes Erlebnis. Ein bisschen schwer zu finden. Man sollte sich schon vorher in Maps kundig machen.

Peaceful location

The living space is perfect. Stacks of space to accommodate family with ample seating and good size dining table. Bedrooms were ok but pillows were not great. Main bathroom a good size and good shower but small shower room had issues with drainage so we limited use at the end of our stay. We had a daily task of clearing the pool of leaves and insects as the wind blows nicely up the valley (a blessing on those hot days) but it means debris blows into the pool. Not a big issue and anyway the maintenance chap pops by from time to time. Useful to know that Arenas village is 4 Kms away on a windy road with no pavement so you have to drive everywhere. A car is definitely needed. Nice outside space and pool lovely. If you have young children in and out of the pool it’s important to note the tiles on the patio are very slippery when wet. A suggestion would be to put a rubber mat there. Overall a lovely stay in a peaceful location.

Ideal para desconectar del mundo

La localización es perfecta para desconectar de todo, se trata de un sitio muy tranquilo en el que pasar unos días agradables. Como contrapartida, la carretera de acceso es un poco complicada y la conectividad no es completa, ya que hay muy poca cobertura móvil y la WiFi incluida no proporciona una conexión adecuada. La televisión es sólo por satélite, por lo que la mayoría de los canales no son españoles. Imprescindible llevar repelente de insectos y, para estancias largas, vendría bien un juego de toallas adicional. Si lo que se busca es desconectar de todo, se trata del lugar perfecto para hacerlo.
