Très décevant - misleading

Nous avions loué une maison de 7 chambres ; en réalité il y avait 3 chambres et l’autre partie de la maison - contenant 4 chambres- était louée simultanément L’equipement de la maison est médiocre , sale , impossible de cuisiner Je pense que le loueur est très malhonnête

IDEALE PER GRUPPI DI AMICI

Una settimana di vacanza in compagnia trascorsa in una casa ideale, pulita e con spazi ben distribuiti, aggiungo una spettacolare vista mare. Ottima la terrazzona per colazioni e cene tutti assieme.Vicina al mare, buon punto di partenza per bellissime spiagge sia di roccia ( baia acquaviva) che di sabbia (Pesculose). Abbiamo avuto una calorosa accoglienza da parte del proprietario, grande disponibilità e tanta siampatia. Un grazie particolare al Sig. Luigi .... un saluto da Treviso. Mauro

Casa consigliata, proprietario ancor di più!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in 19 persone presso la casa fronte mare del signor Luigi. Siamo stati benissimo, casa ben attrezzata, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. La spiaggia più vicina è di roccia con una particolare grotta da visitare assolutamente! Altre spiagge di sabbia sono raggiungibili in Max 40 min. Il proprietario e' una persona gentilissima e cordiale come tutti i salentini. Consigliamo sia a famiglie che a gruppi di amici come noi di trascorrere una settimana li! Chiara

La struttura del Sig. Luigi è conforme alla descrizione fornita, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni con barbecue, giardino, parcheggio privato, permettono di godere in comodità le vacanze. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del salento, ma anche per raggiungere a piedi la "Grotta verde" e il "Fiume". Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha fornito anche due bici per poterci spostare senza auto. Si consiglia vivamente la villa e speriamo di ritornarci quanto prima!

"Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Struttura ottima anche per gruppi numerosi, anche se due posti letto sono in una "baita" sul tetto dove c''è un caldo infernale. Per un gruppo di ragazzi è l''ideale. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale. La casa é abbastanza fornita di ogni strumento per poterci vivere con serenità le proprio vacanze. da segnalare il retro giardino con barbecue, una delizia. alla prossima!"

"ho trovato completamente...

"ho trovato completamente difforme la descrizione fatta nei commenti che definivamo la casa "al di sopra delle aspettative" e il proprietario "gentile e disponibile". La casa è vecchia, il bagno vecchio e sporco, la cucina ha utensili molto vecchi, ho trovato ovunque cose degli affittuari precedenti, anche nel frigo. Non è possibile affittare la biancheria e il proprietario non si è assolutamente interessato di aiutarmi a recuperare lenzuola e asciugamani. Trovarli con i negozi inesistenti o chiusi è stata un''impresa.Sono rimasta veramente molto delusa. Sconsiglio decisamente la casa vacanze."

"il soggiorno nella casa ...

"il soggiorno nella casa di andrano è stato splendido!abbiamo occupato la casa superiore per le due settimane centrali di agosto,sfruttando al meglio gli spazi che l''alloggio ci offriva(gruppo di 10 persone). il comodo giardino esterno è stato teatro quotidiano di aperitivi a base di taralli e birra e chiaccherate notturne, nonchè spazio ideale per cenare (unico difetto il sole cocente dalle 11 in poi, ma si ovvia facilmente spostandosi all''ingresso della casa, dove un piacevole venticello ha accompagnato le nostre colazioni-pranzo!)lo chalet è in effetti molto caldo di giorno, e il ventilatore in dotazione purtroppo offre poco sollievo.a volte l''impianto idraulico ha dato alcuni problemi: la bassa pressione dell''acqua ha reso a volte difficoltose le docce, soprattutto se i rubinetti erano aperti nella casa inferiore. il proprietario Luigi è una persona splendida, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto con vino del salento e frutta del suo orto, consigliandoci anche sagre e ristoranti nella zona (non perdetevi le sagre!ce ne sono di ogni tipo ogni giorno, basta guardarsi intorno e appuntarsi le date dai cartelli!molto bella quella di andrano!)meraviglioso regalo di Luigi è stato un cd di PIZZICA che abbiamo consumato e che continuiamo ad ascoltare, nella speranza che il calore del salento (con lu sole, lu mare e lu ientu)non ci abbandoni tanto presto!grazie!"

"Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza veramente gradevole .La struttura e il contesto si sono rilevati superiori alle aspettative.Le 2 abitazioni sono ideali per essere vissute sia cumulativamente che singolarmente con spazi e attrezzature comode.Molto piacevole la camminata sul mare vicina agli appartamenti .L''immediata vicinanza al limpido mare ed il contesto molto tranquillo ed ospitale hanno reso la vacanza nel magico Salento, veramente indimeticabile! Merita di essere sottolineata la gentilezza dei proprietari"
