OCEAN FRONT Condo Surfwatch II number 401

This condo is a few miles south of Myrtle Beach in a small beach town without high rise hotels, or large crowds. A real family beach. The condo is on the top floor of a four-floor building, with an elevator. No noise from people being above you. The unit has three bedrooms, and sleeps eight, one King Bedroom one queen bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds. The couch in the living room lets out into a queen bed. You will love the large balcony in front of the living room and the master bedroom. Great for morning coffee or watching a sunrise. At night, with a little luck, you might see a full Carolina moon over the ocean. Like TV, we have a large 48 inch TV in living room with DVD player. TVs in two of the bedrooms. Air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool during the hot SC summer. Free internet service is ready if you need to work or just check out the internet. The condo is bright and cheerfully decorated, cathedral ceiling with sky lights keeps the condo looking like WOW! When you arrive, the beds will be made, and the towels hung in the baths. All you need to do is head to the beach and start having fun. The building has a beautiful, shared swimming pool. which is seldom very crowded. You will be a short drive to Murrells Inlet, the sea food capitol of SC. If you love sea food your ship has come in.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is 3:00 PM and departure time is, 10:00 AM. Our building does not allow pets. The condo is a smoke free unit. If you decide to rent from us, we will e-mail you a renter's agreement with additional information about the condo.

Parking is available for two cars per condo. Car passes are required and must show unit number. Golf carts are not allowed.
No smoking in condo or balconies. Smoke in the garage area or on the grounds, please depose of butts properly do not litter the property.
If you leave the balcony doors open please turn the A/C off.

Comfortable stay

This unit has good beds, nice furniture, new appliances, great location and an ocean view. The only thing missing was cleaning equipment. We felt very "at home" during our stay.

This condo was nice and clean with a perfect location right on the beach and a large balcony. We had a little trouble figuring out the TVs, and there was no pantry space in the kitchen for our food, but overall we loved it!

The condo was great! This was our first visit to this condo and it was the best one we have ever stayed in. Wonderful. ocean front views from the living room and the master bedroom. Waking up and seeing the sun rise from the bed was perfect. We had our morning coffee from the large balcony every morning, I will miss that as we head back home. We intend to return next year to this condo.

The condo was exactly as described. Huge deck and ocean view. Very clean and had a lot of room. Neil was very easy to work with through the entire process. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Surfside.

This property met all our needs.

We had a great week! We especially liked not having to check in at another location. The keyless coded entry was awesome. No keeping up with keys all week, yay! The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs. We normally stay in Garden City at a larger condo complex, but we decided to try Surfside so we could set up our Gazebo/Tent. This was great, but we had to compete with Beach Service/Life Guard for beach space. They set up 4 or 5 umbrellas every day in front of the condo and I believe they only rented one all week. We didn't let it bother us though, we just set up between or behind them. We will definitely consider staying here again as well as recommend it to others. Thanks, The DeBeaugrine's Blythewood, SC
