In the North Shore of Kauai, things are quieter, greener, cooler and prettier. Many secluded and often deserted beaches to explore off short trails everywhere including world famous Ke'e' Beach and Hanalei Bay.
"Ho'omaha" (Rested) Scott, your contact and host for this tropical adventure in relaxation, rejuvenation and recreation is a retired Recreation Director. He has lived abroad 11 years, been fortunate enough to see a fair bit of this marvelous world and roughly speaks five languages (English, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish and Danish.)

Princeville is grand, manicured, lush and quiet situated on the ocean bluffs with jaw dropping mountain and ocean views. Great bike/walk paths are fun to explore with play grounds close by, tennis courts and world class golf next door.
Our local commercial center with a gas station, a large supermarket, hardware store, library, community center, many good restaurants and shops is not far.
Our unique unparalleled, unspoiled natural beauty is like a time machine of quieter, gentler days. No hustle and bustle of Maui or Oahu. Even the southern and eastern parts of Kauai have more people in their crowded beaches and hotels.
River & rainbows, surfing, kayaking and SUPs. hiking and biking, swimming, splashing, family beaches with lifeguards. Precarious cliffs with views of blues from both the sky and water. Sunrises, Sunsets, tropical drinks, shave ice and cold beers.
Grill outdoors, conjure up a gourmet meal in the chef's kitchen indoors or go out to the many restaurants in next door Hanalei Bay or right here in Princeville.
Go fishing, go underwater, take pictures, do not touch the wildlife, but be amazed by them. On land, in the air, in the water; fauna and flora flourish here on the Garden Isle.

At a spacious 2,850 square feet, the whole compound is air conditioned. The strong, new individual, remote controlled, quiet ductless units in every bed room and the great room/kitchen guarantees to keep you cool where you need it.
The tropical design build allows the trade winds to blow through the home. The large ceiling fans (14 in all) denote island time.
Our Eco House house has newly installed solar panels, Tesla Powerwall house battery (to keep things running during rare black-out) & universal Level 2 240V E.V. Charger.
The modern highspeed WiFi & huge streaming Smart TV should keep you as connected as you might want.
You can stock up at Costco, We have a new bonus refrigerator/freezer in the garage. Target, Walmart in Lihue where you will land. There are many other stores and markets for provisions the whole drive north including a large supermarket right in Princeville.
