CHARMING PERIGOURDINE with covered terrace - Large stone fireplace - Inner courtyard closed by 2 porches covered in slate with 2 gates in aged wrought iron on each side of the house. -Very large stone barbecue with double hearth allowing meals to be taken outside on a 3 m table, handcrafted. You will also appreciate in the evening the proximity of the illuminated swimming pool in a green setting giving an atmosphere of peace and serenity.

THE PERIGORD NOIR is bounded by the valleys of Vézère to the West and of the Dordogne to the South. It seduces with its relief, its limestone plateaus dug by the rivers contrasting with its high cliffs which offered the first men many refuges.
