- Third bedroom (16 m2 ) with a 140 cm double bed and two single beds with a 120 cm ( reads " boats " , 19th century ) and the second 90 cm , bedside tables, armchair, wardrobe / closet , dresser .
- A bathroom with double vanity unit , shower , cupboard , dressing table and baigoire BB;
- a separate WC upstairs .

- a second bathroom ( shower , washbasin , separate toilet not ) next to the pool and is accessed through the storeroom;

It is located on a private estate of 15 hectares , alternating fields, walnut groves and forests where you can stroll freely in the heart of unspoilt nature. CALM guaranteed! Mullioned window , fireplaces , exposed beams in every room, floor mud are the architectural features of this building of character and decorated with comfortable furniture anciens.La 9x4m pool suite , facing south is TOTALLY PRIVATE , secured by an alarm , fence and a lockable door . Point ideal base for exploring the major sites of Périgord Black ( Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Dordogne Valley and its beautiful castles , Beynac , Castelnaud , Milandes , Montfort , Roque Gageac and the Royal Domme . .. ) . We are available to our guests to inform them on sites not to be missed , hiking , good restaurants and of course the traditional or you can discover the best of our local produce weekly markets.
