Located 20 miles northeast of Ely, MN, this northwoods summer home boasts all the perks of a secluded cabin on the Canadian border with a modern feel. Ceramic flooring and comfortable furniture let you take in the satellite TV or the view of Moose Lake. If the weather grows cold or dreary, enjoy the warmth of the wood stove. Huge sliding glass doors lead to spacious deck with a charcoal grill and patio furniture. About 20 yards below the cabin you'll find the private dock and small boat house--great for charging batteries or storing your life jackets in a dry place. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a twin will sleep groups up to 6 people.
As part of a resort, but located apart from our other rental units, guests are able to rent boats, motors, and canoes while enjoying the amenities of our large boat house and fish cleaning house located a short boat ride to the southwest. Weekly rental of cabin includes 16ft Lund fishing boats with swivel seats. Daily rentals of boats is $35. Motor rental (25hp electric start/trim) is $310 for a week and $59 a day, but guests are welcome to bring their own 25 hp motor or less. Depth finders, trolling motors, canoes, and bait are also available. Cabin is available May through October. Guests are required to pay additional sales and lodging taxes not collected by VRBO upon check-in. Cabin is available May through October.
