Ideally located for visiting Corse-du-Sud (sartene bonifacio needles bavella solenzara 6 km from Porto-Vecchio and beaches in the typical village very quiet Muratello 20 minutes from the Ospedale. Beautiful 9m x 4.25 swimming pool with Brazil stone surroundings where you can relax
    Ground floor of 92 m2 on a fenced plot of 1000 m2 with shaded terrace of 32 m2 fully tiled allowing lunch in the shade and can be considered as living room overlooking the pool
 Housing in excellent condition, very well equipped and fresh - two beautiful rooms very nicely decorated - bed 160 - two twin beds 90-bench bz 160 ds living room (bedding comfort) bathroom and separate toilet American kitchen with plate vitro dishwasher fridge and freezer dishwasher. Storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. tumble dryer possibility at the owner - Barbecue on foot - sunbathing - two chairs - swing table tennis table Vacationers have full enjoyment of the garden .--- In the outdoor trade village with vegetables bread fuits log 150 m from the house

The owner, Catherine, was kind and eager to communicate with us via text, and offered lots of nice suggestions. The property manager, Isabelle, was helpful. We were waiting a few minutes outside before we were able to get in, but this was cleared up quickly. The property was comfortable. The garden and mountain views were beautiful, and the garden was quite private. The pool was a nice amenity on hot days; however, we found the sea was actually warmer than the pool. Note that you will need to procure essentials at the grocery store like trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and toiletries. Overall a pleasant stay.

The property was ideal for handling the heat of the summer with a large shaded area we could sit outside both right by the house and also by the pool. The pool is larger than it looks in some of the photos and we used the Weber BBQ provided on a few of the nights we stayed.In the village there are two great options for eating out. The pizzeria being our favourite. The host (Catherine) was responsive on text and phone call and was flexible when we unexpectedly needed to extend our departure time. Her English is fine and she left us tea bags (thank you!) and some delicious Corsican Marmalade like jam made from Clementines.Full AC in the bedrooms meant the nights were comfortable and the shade meant the main room of the house was never too hot.

Excellent séjour au calme à 5 mn de Porto-Vecchio et à un quart d'heure des plages. Location pour 4 personnes, bien équipée. Les propriétaires Catherine et Michel résident au dessus mais personnes adorables, à votre écoute et très discrets.Le plus, la piscine chauffée de bonne taille, nous avons été agréablement surpris et le petit salon sous la pergola. Ohne dies der Beschreibung entnehmen zu können, liegt diese Wohnung im Keller und wurde zum Teil mit falschen Fotos beworben, die laut eigenen Angaben der Vermieterin aus einem Katalog stammten und nach unseren Beschwerden aus dem Inserat entfernt wurden. Die Wohnung ist nicht abschliessbar und es läuft den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht lautstark eine Lüftungsanlage für das darüber liegende Stockwerk der Eigentümer. Die Terrasse liegt komplett unter der Terrasse der Eigentümer und ist somit sehr dunkel. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung abgewohnt. Das einzige Schöne ist der Pool, dieser ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns aufgrund der ansprechenden Fotos für diese Unterkunft entschieden und waren sehr enttäuscht.

Ferieboligen i al almindelighed: — gode pladsforhold — veludstyret køkken — dejlig overdækket skyggefuld terrasse — dejlig opvarmet pool — gode solsenge ved poolområdet Når tiden ikke blev brugt til afslapning, ligger ferieboligen meget centralt for gode halv eller heldagsudflugter i områdets storslåede natur. Gode badestrande, som i juni måned ikke er overfyldte og badevandet har en dejlig temperatur 22-24˚. Velegnet for børn.

Location très agréable à recommander

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines de vacances en Corse. Cette location est située à quelques kilomètres de Porto-Vecchio au calme. Les plages et les commerces sont à proximité. Nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine très bien entretenue et la terrasse ombragée toute la journée pour prendre les repas. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur discrétion, leur gentillesse et leurs bons conseils pour visiter la région qui est magnifique.

Agréable séjour dans cette location dans l'ensemble. La maison est très bien équipée. Excellente surprise. Les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout ! Belle decoration et terrasse très sympa. Le seul petit bémol a notre niveau, nous nous sentions pas suffisants seuls et donc à l'aise pour profiter pleinement de la location.

Idéal pour visiter mais aussi se détendre !!

L'annonce ne ment pas le rez de villa est très sympa et cosy, la terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors même par forte chaleur et puis quel délice d'aller faire un petit plouf dans une eau entre 27 et 32°.... De plus il est facile de faire des excursions à partir de Muratello (zonza, aiguilles de bavella, cascade de piscia di gallo, Bonifacio...) Les proprios sont très sympathiques et très discrets avec des petites attentions pour les enfants et toujours prêt à aider si besoin. En clair nous avons passé un super séjour...alors n'hésitez pas !!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement et ça a été 2 semaines de bonheur. Il ne manque rien, tout est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. La terrasse couverte est top à toute heure de la journée et la piscine très appréciée aux retours des plages. Les propriétaires sont sur place mais très discrets. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Location à proximité des plus belles plages de Corse et de la montagne pour y faire de belles randonnées. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'agencement de l'appartement, la décoration et aussi, point très important, l'excellente literie ( lit de 200*160). LOCATION TRES AGREABLE PRES DE PORTO VECCHIO

Semaine très agréable passée dans cette location très calme, fonctionnelle et très propre avec une touche féminine qui n'échappe pas aux locataires. Nous avons apprécié les repas pris, matin midi et soir, sur la terrasse, même en cette fin de septembre. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur discrétion et leur gentillesse.
