Brick house located in a quiet area of Le Crotoy.
It is close to shops, the port, cycle paths, the Baie de Somme railway, a public garden and about 10 minutes' walk from the beach.

She is composed:
- a dining / living room with television, DVD player
- a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, one bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and sink
- an independent toilet
- a washing machine
 All on the ground floor.

You can enjoy an enclosed courtyard, perfect for your animals and small children, which includes a garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Rue du Marquenterre is a paying street, at 1 € per hour but we can offer you, if you wish, a flat rate of 5 euros per day, valid throughout the town.
Note that there are also nearby non-paying streets.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Baie de Somme gehabt. Le Crotoy ist ein toller Ferienort und die Unterkunft war klein aber sehr fein. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Liebe Familie Defer, wir bedanken uns für wunderbare 2 Wochen im Mai 2025!

Gîte propre, calme et bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants.

Nombreuses visites et promenades: Maison de la Somme, Parc du Marquenterre, jardins de Valloire, la ville de Saint Valéry, Le Hourdel et sa colonie de phoques... sans oublier le paysage de la baie qui n'est jamais le même selon la marée et la lumière. On ne s'ennuie pas dans cette belle région!

Bonne semaine de repos

Très bon accueil. Propriétaires sympathiques. La maison (de plein pieds, seules 4 marches pour descendre dans le petit jardin clos)) se situe à environs 10 minutes du port et de ses commerces. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Merci également aux propriétaires d'accepter les chiens. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison, avec sa jolie cour. Idéalement placé pour visiter la baie de Somme et la côte d'Opale. L'accueil était aussi très sympathique et bienveillant! On conseille +++

Es war zum Erholen perfekt, alles wichtig kon nte man zu Fuß erreichen. Perfekt fand ich die Lösung das man das Auto aushalb parken könnte , dadurch wenig Auto Verkehr. Obwohl man sehr zentral war , trotzdem eine ruhige Lage.
