Ferienwohnung in idealer Umgebung

ZunĂ€chst eine Klarstellung: Wir haben dieses Objekt als „FERIENHAUS“ gesucht, in der Suchmaschinen-Auswahlliste als solches vorgeschlagen bekommen und daher gerne auch zu einem nicht gĂŒnstigen Preis gebucht. TatsĂ€chlich handelt es sich jedoch um eine „FERIENWOHNUNG“, die sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses der Vermieter befindet. Diese Wohnung ist z.B. fĂŒr 2 Paare und einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr geeignet. Eine Schlafzimmer rechts, eines links und in der Mitte die KĂŒche mit einem Essplatz. Vor der KĂŒche ist ein Flur mit den ZugĂ€ngen zur Toilette und dem Bad. Eine Familie mit Kindern, die hier hĂ€ufig kochen und essen möchte, muss sich jedoch ggfs. rĂ€umlich einschrĂ€nken. Die Umgebung des Hauses (Strand und lange KĂŒstenwege direkt vor der TĂŒr, das Örtchen Portivy mit Bars, Restaurants und Supermarkt in 5 min Fußweg erreichbar) ist traumhaft schön. Umso bedauerlicher ist es daher, dass kein wirklich schöner Außenplatz vorhanden ist. Zwar gibt es einen kleinen Balkon (max. 2 Personen) und einen Außen-Tisch mit 4 StĂŒhlen direkt vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung
 beides allerdings auf der sĂŒdöstlichen Parkplatz-Seite des Hauses. TagsĂŒber fehlt hier leider ein Sonnenschutz und am Abend ist die nordwestliche Strandseite des Hauses wegen der wirklich spektakulĂ€ren SonnenuntergĂ€nge im Sommer ein MUSS. Wer möchte da schon auf der „falschen Seite“ sitzen. Wir haben abends am Essplatz in der KĂŒche Karten gespielt und die Fenster weit geöffnet, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Sobald das Tageslicht verschwunden war, blieb uns nur der Charme der Neon-Lampe in der KĂŒche, statt des Meeresrauschens an einem mit Kerzenlicht beleuchteten Gartenplatz. Das sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Hausbesitzer-Paar hat uns mehrfach die Benutzung des Gartens angeboten. Allerdings sind hier weder Tisch noch Sitzmöbel fĂŒr die GĂ€ste vorhanden. Außerdem befindet sich die RasenflĂ€che unmittelbar vor den bodentiefen Wohnzimmer/Wintergartenfenstern der Vermieter, so dass wir uns hier auch etwas unwohl gefĂŒhlt hĂ€tten. TatsĂ€chlich schmĂ€lern diese Kritikpunkte die QualitĂ€t des Urlaubes aber nur wenig. Die traumhafte Lage der Wohnung macht vieles wett. Mit wenigen Schritten kann man mit einer Flasche Wein im GepĂ€ck den Strand erreichen und dort hat man sowohl Meeresrauschen wie auch Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben die Zeit bei Monique und Michel sehr genossen.

En plats för avkoppling och rekreation

Det var en hÀrlig vistelse ,underbar miljö och ett fantastiskt vÀrdpar. Bostaden hade en bra disposition med ett sovrum i vardera Ànden vilket gjorde det lÀtt att vistas tvÄ par utan att,störa varandra. Vi Äterkommer gÀrna!

"Logement situé dans une ...

"Logement situé dans une villa bénéficiant d''une situation vraiment exceptionnelle, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer; accÚs à pied directement sur la cote sauvage d''un coté, et à la plage de l''autre (avec une petite route à traverser). Les propriétaires sont charmants et leur accueil est particuliÚrement chaleureux. Il s''agit d''un couple de retraités d''une grande gentillesse. Le logement est un peu moins convivial que l''environnement: si on exclue l''entrée située un étage en dessous et que l''on ne compte pas les surfaces avec moins de 1,80m sous plafond, on est plus proche de 50 m2 que de 90 m2, et si on ne compte pas la cuisine et la salle de bain, il n''y a que 3 piÚces. Le séjour exigu éclairé par un velux ressemble plus à une entrée qu''à un salon. Les deux chambres sont confortables avec vue sur la mer; l''une d''entre elle est éclairée par deux velux. La salle de bain est trÚs agréable et la cuisine aussi. Grùce à la trÚs belle situation de ce logement et à la gentillesse des propriétaires qui étaient présents, nous avons passés d''excellentes vacances."

"Des propriétaire trÚs accueillants, amoureux de leur superbe région qu'il nous ont aidés à découvrir. Une mention particuliÚre à la cÎte sauvage. L'appartement est grand avec une belle vue sur la cÎte. Nous conservons un trÚs bon souvenir de cette semaine sous le soleil Breton."
