Amazing home with beautiful views

We were very impressed with the home. It was very comfortable and clean with many spaces to relax and enjoy our getaway. We were disappointed to not know about some things in the home and a spa that we didn’t get to enjoy until day 3 out of 5, but the staff were very attentive via chat. My only complaint would be that the initial check-in/greet by staff member did not include much introduction to the house, including location and operation of important things. A walk-thru of the home would have been very helpful to our family and would have saved a lot of back and forth communication via What’s App. Overall, it was a great stay!

Beautiful home and view!

We couldn't have had a more perfect stay - right from check-in where Dylan was there to greet us and show us around the home. We enjoyed riding our bikes into the village and then coming back to the peaceful surroundings of the Totem.

I stayed here in the summer with my family (two small kids) and another family with a baby. The house is wonderful. I love to entertain, so having the top notch kitchen in an open plan was convenient and fun. The living and dining room overlooked the stunning golf course with mountains in the background, the perfect backdrop for wine on the patio or dinner in the spacious dining room. The beds were all fantastic with extraordinary bathrooms and they are spread out from each other for privacy. Beyond that we loved the that the cabin was so close to the valley trail. We went on quick bike rides to the village and rainbow lake with the kids. It was great. I would give one little warning though; if you have small children let the property manager know. The stairs are precarious for little ones, but they will set up baby gates for you and take all precautions to make sure that your stay is safe and fun for the whole family. They are the most helpful property managers I've come across in Whistler (and I've been renting for years), that with the exceptional cabin made our vacation easy and memorable.

AMAZING Once in a lifetime experience staying at this property.

We stayed at this property and were completely overwhelmed by its features, its beauty and size. The sound system is completely state of the art (they provide iPad but very easy to use). There is an amazing hot tub with views. There is a 3 story totem pole that is a true work of art in itself. I have never seen anything like it in my life. The place is huge and it was built with no holding back for attention to detail. We were sorry to have to leave. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a true once in a lifetime experience: I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A PLACE THIS NICE IN MY LIFE. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back and start building more memories here as a family.

What a house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Totem House. The views are incredible and it truly is a Canadiana Chalet. We planned to spend minimal time at our accommodation and instead planned to enjoy Whistler itself, but sitting on the balcony and in the hot tub was so fantastic that we stayed at home a lot more than we thought! The systems all worked great and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
