Sea Forever - Five Bedroom, Five 1/2 Bath Channel Front with Private Pool
Sea Forever is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath second row, channel-front beach house located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers and a microwave, a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Seven TVs (cable), DVD player, Nintendo, two alarm clock radios, CD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Other amenities include an elevator, hardwood and carpeted flooring, and a fireplace. A crib is available for infants or small children. Sleeping accommodations include two king, one queen, and two twin-sized beds, two twin-over-double bunk bed sets, and a queen sofa bed. Outdoor amenities feature a roof-top viewing area, gas grill, floating and stationary boat docks, hot tub, 12-by-20-foot private swimming pool, outdoor shower, and covered parking. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.
Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert.
