La maison est propre et trĆØs bien situĆ©e pour des vacanciers sans voiture (bourg et supermarchĆ© Ć  proximitĆ©). Les propriĆ©taires sont des personnes serviables et attentionnĆ©es. l'Ć®le de Groix est un lieu de vacances trĆØs agrĆ©able : de jolies plages, des ballades Ć  vĆ©los dĆ©paysantes, un centre bourg typique et vivant. La maison est conforme au descriptif concernant l'intĆ©rieur : clair et fonctionnel. Une cuisine trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Il manque cependant la disposition libre du terrain.
