This is a lovely condo. We had a great time. Kids loved the pool. The condo is spacious and quiet. There is a fair amount of traffic noise if you leave the window open, but the AC keeps the house cool, so we usually just kept the windows shut. Definitely recommend!

Our family of 6 had a great time and loved having a home type of place to land at the end of the day. The stay was spacious, clean, and as described. We especially loved all the accommodations for young kids ie crib, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs. The home was also equipped with necessities like dishes, dish soap, garbage bags, a broom/vacuum to use. I would come back without a doubt.

The condo was fine overall once I got past the initial disappointment. It suffers from deferred maintenance, the overall cleanliness was not great, and it is on the dark side (especially in the kitchen).I had to replace a half dozen lightbulbs when we checked in, a battery needed to be replaced on the smoke detector in the master bedroom, and the microwave only partially worked (multiple buttons didn’t work plus the light over the stovetop itself). On the cleanliness side, there was extensive dust buildup on the fans and light fixtures. Whatever cleaning is taking place is just surface level. The carpets also had stains in multiple rooms.On the positive side, the location in Princeville is good and the kids enjoyed the pool at the end of the day after being at the beach all day.

The house was clean and roomy. It made it nice to have so much room with the amount of people we had. View is amazing. The o key thing I would inform about is that you have to park in the garage so if you have 2 bigger vehicles they won’t fit.

We had such a great time staying in this unit. We went out everyday but for the evenings, nights, and mornings we were really happy with this unit. We used the chairs and umbrella, all were well used but still worked pretty well for our needs. The unit was clean and included condiments and appliances that were very convenience to use. The dishwasher is a bit dated but still worked. The washer and dryer in unit was great to wash clothes. Showers and bathrooms were great. The master room does face the road and so cars can heard from the room, however, this did not disturb us since we sleep with white noise on. Our kids in the other rooms could not hear the cars, only in the master. The AC and fans worked well and were pleasant when it got too hot. We had a premium SUV, a grand wagoneer, which is even longer than a wagoneer and expedition, and could not fit in the garage. We ended parking in the guest parking spaces with no problems. The host was always quick to respond no matter the time. We would love to stay here again and will look for it for our future visits. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable trip.
