Pessimo posto

L’appartamento ha avuto enormi problemi: entrambi i bagni non funzionano e noi ci siamo ritrovati con l’acqua che usciva dal fondo del water, acqua di scarico. La padrona ha mandato due persone che ci hanno fatto capire che dovevamo usare solo un bagno perchè il problema era troppo complesso ma in realtà nemmeno usando un bagno si poteva evitare la fuoriuscita di acqua di fogna.Abbiamo quindi lasciato l’appartamento prima rovinando totalmente le nostre vacanze, perdendo le citycard già fatte. Oltre a non risolvere il problema noi non abbiamo nemmeno, al momento, ottenuto il rimborso per le notti non fatte, come promesso dalla padrona di casa telefonicamente. Siamo andati via perchè è impossibile pensare di passare le vacanze a raccogliere l’acqua che esce dal wc ogni volta che si tira lo sciacquone. Altamente sconsigliato, ci ha rovinato le vacanze .

Perfect location well equipped lots of space

The owner was very helpful and responsive to all my emails. The location is central to all main attractions and around the corner from the main metro station. Nice restaurants bars and discos are walking distance away. The apartment has nice high ceilings and plenty of privacy.

Qué voy a escribir que no hayan puesto ya. El apartamento increíble, en la mejor zona de Budapest. Con el tranvía delante de la puerta que te lleva al centro y a todos los sitios de interés en 5 minutos. Grande, confortable, equipado... no se puede pedir más. Por supuesto un trato exquisito a la llegada a Budapest y el trato de Marina hacia nosotros encantador. Totalmente recomendable, estuvimos 5 días maravillosos y todo fue perfecto. Gracias Marina.

un viaje inolvidable en un apartamento aún mejor

Viajamos en familia, y no podíamos haber elegido mejor apartamento para alojarnos!! Magnifico, amplio para 6 personas, totalmente equipado, luminoso y muy muy bien situado. En un ratito andando llegas a las avenidas y plazas principales y por supuesto parada de metro. Cerca de supermercados y comercios de comida rápida para cualquier desavío. Por ponerle alguna pega(aunque para mi no lo era mucho) al estar en una avenida, había ruido de coches y sobre todo ambulancias, pero nada que no se solucione con una buena dosis de cansancio. También quiero destacar el buen recibimiento obtenido,tanto desde España como una vez llegados allí, ya que nos aclaró todas las dudas, con todo lujo de detalles, que podíamos tener respecto a la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable

Viaje a Budapest

Hemos pasado 5 días en Budapest en este apto. Cuando vuelva a Buapest me gustara volver a este apto. Es muy acogedor y esta muy bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy tranquilo. Vamos lo que habíamos visto se ha cumplido. Marina en Madrid y quienes nos recibieron en Budapest un encanto de personas. Gracias por hacernos fácil nuestra estancia. Muchísimas gracias.

"Superbe appartement très bien placé. Commerces, transports en commun et sites touristiques à proximité ont rendu notre séjour facile et agréable, de même que l''accueil par Zita et son conjoint à notre arrivée. Le seul reproche que l''on pourrait faire au logement serait la mauvaise isolation phonique (rue bruyante), sinon c''est parfait !"

"Nuestra estancia en el a...

"Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue maravillosa. La vivienda está perfectamente equipada (no falta de nada, hasta el más mínimo detalle). Limpia, acogedera y llena de encanto. Probamos la calefacción porque ya empezaba a notarse la bajada de temperatura en otoño y funcionaba perfectamente...después de un aguacero que nos sorprendió estuvimos la mar de bien en "casita" calentitos. Las camas son cómodas y el edificio muy tranquilo. La ubicación muy céntrica. En cuanto a Marina, se desvivió en explicaciones tanto de la vivienda como de la ciudad. Muy amables también Zita y sus hijos en Budapest...de hecho uno de nuestros amigos tuvo un brote de alergia y se ofrecieron inmediatamente a acompañarnos a un médico y servirnos de intérpretes. Concluyendo, sobresaliente para la casa y sus responsables. Y también para la ciudad. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. "

"Nous avons trouvé cet ap...

"Nous avons trouvé cet appartement très spacieux et propre. Facile de se déplacer avec le tramway tout près. Comme c'est impossible de stationner dans les rues nous avons dû négocier avec un hotel du coin un stationnement à 76 euros pour 4 jours ce que nous avons trouvé exagéré. Les pièces de l'appartement sont grandes et bien éclairées. Les lits sont comfortables. Par contre nous avons trouvé l'escalier qui monte à la chambre un peu dangereux. Dans la cuisine le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas. L'arrivée de l'eau chaude de la douche n'était pas constante, ce qui fut un peu ennuyeux (nous étions 5 adultes) Le bruit de la rue est omniprésent le soir tard, ce qui peut être un handicap pour les personnes qui ont de la difficulté à trouver le sommeil. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons quand même apprécié cet appartement."
