Wir fanden vor, was angekündigt war, alles sauber und in den Küchenschränken einige Basics und Vorräte. Für die Lage gibt es nur drei Sterne, weil es doch etwas weit draußen und man auf den Bus angewiesen ist. Gruppen- oder Tagestickets gibt's nur an den Tram Haltestellen, nicht im Bus, also entsprechend vorher kaufen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass im Wohnzimmer eine leichte Note von kaltem Tabakrauch herrschte. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

L'appartement ce situe dans une maison dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Nous ne sommes pas si éloignés du centre. Certes, il faut prendre les transports en commun mais il faut environ 10 minutes pour rejoindre le centre selon la circulation. Je pense que ce n'est pas si grave, sachant que vous pouvais laisser votre voiture dans la rue qui n'est pas payante et toujours beaucoup de place. Il faut donc savoir apprécier le calme, avec tout les avantages que représente un quartier calme comme le notre. Si vous louez un appartement en plein centre ville, il va falloir payer un parking pour votre voiture et être dans le bruit permanent . Vous aviez des vélos électriques que vous avaient pu laisser en toute sécurité également. Quand à l'odeur de tabac; l'appartement est non fumeur. Si les locataires précédent n'ont pas respecter les règles nous n'y pouvons rien. A coté de cela, l'appartement est très propre donc je pense que cela vous à été également appréciable. Vous avez été des hôtes très agréable néanmoins et nous vous remerciont pour votre séjour.

Prima appartement in rustige buurt

We hebben genoten van het appartement, de vriendelijke gastheer die probleempjes met warm water snel en adequaat oploste. Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum dat met de fiets in 15 minuten te bereiken is. Straatsburg is een fietsvriendelijke stad, alhoewel de fietsstroken soms van links naar rechts gaan en omgekeerd. Het appartement is wel een beetje gehorig waardoor gestommel op trap en luide gesprekken doorklinken. Het appartement is zeker een aanrader, je kunt er met gemak met vier volwassenen verblijven.

"Accueil très chaleureux ...

"Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, appartement fonctionnel et agréable à vivre, très propre. Draps et linge de toilette fournis ce qui est un plus. Les 4 vélos prêtés nous ont permis d'aller au centre de Strasbourg par les pistes cyclables le long du canal. Nous conseillons vivement pour un séjour à Strasbourg."

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war auch sehr gut, da man in wenigen Minuten in die Stadt kam.

sehr schön, ruhig und nahe der Innenstadt

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Der Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Küchenausstattung passte, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Zu beachten ist, dass alte Türen vorhanden sind, die teilweise etwas schwer ins Schloss gehen. Man muss sie immer sorgfältig schließen, damit sie geschlossen bleiben. Aber dafür sind sie eben alt und passen zu dem gesamten Ambiente. Die Wohnung kann man jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

We were attending the Dance World Cup in nearby Offenburg and decided to stay in Strasbourg. The apartment was easy to locate but the drive to the on-site parking is a bit tight. The owner, who claims to speak many languages manages this feat with an App on his mobile phone so something was lost in the translation. Although we were out a lot of the time, the owner did express some concerns about noise so we were, not literally, walking on egg shells even though the owner and residents in the flat above made some noise of their own. Kitchen equipment was sparse but adequate but no large glasses for beer. Not the greatest apartment but it was adequate for our purposes and the price reflects this. The location is good for the city centre - we used the Tram P+R (€4.10 for up to 7 people) a couple of times to get into Strasbourg. The local Simply supermarket came in handy.

Si nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement concernant le bruit ce n'est pas pour rien ! Evidemment qu'il y'à des bruits de la vie quotidienne inévitable mais ces locataires étaient vraiment bruyant et exagérement ! Car claquer des portes dés 6 heure du matin c'est vraiment excessif ! et ce n'est qu'un exemple parmis beaucoup d'autres ! C'est très rare que cela ce passe ainsi ( et heureusement ...) C'est vraiment dommage car à part cela, il me semble que le contacte est bien passé et que ces locataires étaient content de leur propre paroles. Tram proche, quartier calme ect .... Il n'est pas dans nos habitudes d'avoir de mauvaises expérience avec les locataires, nous sommes donc très déçu ... ............................................................................................................... If we voiced our dissatisfaction with the noise it was not for nothing! Obviously there are sounds of everyday life inevitable but these tenants were really noisy and exaggerated! Because slamming doors dice 6 am is really excessive! And this is only one example among many others! It is very rare that this happens (and fortunately ...) It is a shame because apart from that, it seems to me that the contact has gone well and that these tenants were pleased with their own words. Tram nearby, quiet ect .... It is not in our habits to have bad experience with the tenants, so we are very disappointed ....

Excellent séjour; quelques petites remarques mineures.

La description de l'annonce pour l'appartement est correcte sauf l'emplacement: lorsque on regarde la situation de l'appartement sur le plan présenté à la location, on est trompé, car le plan situe le lieu au centre de Strasbourg, près de la Cathédrale, ce qui est faux. L'appartement se situe à environ 4 kms du centre. On peut le rejoindre facilement en prenant le système P+R: tram et ticket familial qui coûte 4,10 euros pour la famille y compris le parking situé environ à 700 m de l'appartement, mais....ce n'est pas ce qui est annoncé. Pour le reste: impeccable : espace, propreté, calme, emplacement individuel pour voiture. Manque peut-être une bouilloire pour eau chaude.

En réponse à cette appréciation : Concernant la localisation, je ne vois pas en quoi vous êtes " trompé " ( quel mot exagéré ! ) Sur le site Homlidays il y'à bien un plan mais sur celui ci je ne pouvais pas mettre la rue exacte il y'à 8 ans en arrière, aujourd'hui cela est possible et j'ai donc effectué les changements nécessaire et je ne suis pas en plein coeur du centre ville certes ( cathédrale) mais je suis aux abords de Strasbourg et fait bien parti de la CUS ( communauté urbaine de Strasbourg ) Je ne vois pas en quoi vous êtes "trompé " puisque sur le descriptif de l'annonce de l'appartement il y'à mon adresse donc vous savais avant réservation ou nous sommes situé . Elle reviens encore sur le mail du devis et reviens encore sur le contrat de location ! A vous de préparer vos vacances, non ? D'ailleurs, vous êtes pourtant bien arrivé à l'appartement a l'adresse sans soucis. Les gens apprécie d'être dans un quartier calme et pas très loin du centre ville et de plus un parking privatif à l'intérieur de la résidence contrairement au plein coeur du centre ou il est très difficile de ce stationner ( parking payant et bondé ) et d'ailleurs vous aviez l'air d'apprécier tout ces points aussi d'après vos remarques en fin de séjour. Pour finir, une bouilloire à était remis en place, il suffisait de nous demander. D'ailleurs , nous sommes toujours disponible en cas de besoin étant sur place. Je suis déçu par votre appréciation étant donné que vous étiez content en partant et que nous faisons le maximum pour un agréable séjour de nos hôtes.

parfait

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Straßburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön ausgestattet und der Vermieter super nett. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten (besonders die deutschen Fernsehsender haben meinem Parter gut gefallen). Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und wir waren ingesamt total zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Strasbourg. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et le propriétaire est très, très sympa. Il s'est pris du temps pour nous expliquer tout. Il se montrait plein d'attentions à nos égard. Nous avons eu tout ce qu'il faut (surtout les chaînes de télévions allemandes ont plu mon partenaire). L'appartemente est situé dans un environnement calme. Bref, nous étions absolument contents et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung in Straßburg

Ruhiges Wohnviertel, dass mit Fahrrad oder Bus gut von der Stadt zu erreichen ist. Wohnung ist praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus, d.h. kurze Wege bei Fragen oder Abstimmungen. Parken kann man im Hof oder vor dem Haus. Wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Auch Straßburg selbst hat uns begeistert. Wir waren täglich mit dem Rad dort unterwegs. Gutes Radwegnetz, viele Wege am Wasser entlang. Im Stadtkern sehr viele Lokale mit Aussenbestuhlung. Auch bezahlbare dabei. Herrlich. Wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Woche hier verbracht. Können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Gabi und Frank

Schönes Appartment in ruhiger Lage

Der Besitzer war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Tag unserer Anreise hat er extra noch für uns den Grill angeschmissen. Räder konnten wir auch problemlos benutzen und den Check-Out konnten wir auch nach hinten verschieben. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Stadtzentrum braucht man mit dem Auto schon mindestens 10 Minuten. Aber Einkaufsgelegenheiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen!

Très bel appartement conforme à la description faite sur le site, spacieux, bien chauffé et lumineux. Situé dans un quartier très calme, tout en étant proche du centre de Strasbourg. Un centre commercial et un transport en commun sont à proximité. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très accueillants. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

super appart!

Très bel appartement, conforme à la description faite sur le site, très propre, bien chauffé ,logement spacieux, lumineux, situé dans un quartier très calme , tout en étant proche du centre ville. Nous n'avions pas de voiture lors de notre séjour et cela ne nous a posé aucun soucis car le logement est bien desservit en transport en commun, et un centre commercial est à 5mn du logement; Idéal pour un séjour en famille pour faire les touristes à Strasbourg.
