Old renovated barn located 300m from the picturesque village of Kerhinet (local produce market every Thursday in summer, Inn ...) on the GR39 from Mont Saint-Michel to Guérande, in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, a few kilometers from La Baule, Guerande, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer, Le Croisic, La Turballe and Piriac sur Mer. 1.5 km from all amenities. One of the best!

Wonderful cottage in a lovely village. Phillipe his brother and their mom, who lived in the three cottages opposite, were most welcoming, very easy to check in. Everything in the cottage was perfect, this has got to be one of the best houses we have stayed in. Will go again!

Je conseil cette location bien placé et très fonctionnelle. Idéal avec enfant car grand jardin. De plus une grande liberté sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ : possibilité de rendre le logement le dimanche en fin de journée.

Uitstekende lokatie

Ruime vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien en met een grote tuin. Keuken volledig ingericht, prima douche en frisse en ruime slaapkamers. Mevrouw Bouilland is een heel erg aardige verhuurster. Ze woont zelf tegenover de vakantiewoning. Kortom een fijne vakantiewoning in een landelijke omgeving met optimale privacy!

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce gîte très bien équipé et cocooning : équipement bébé de qualité (baignoire, pot, chaise haute, lit) sur demande, cafetière classique, cafetière senseo, bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-onde, plaque à induction, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, étendoir extérieur, paniette à linge et épingles, armoire, commode, literie confortable, table extérieure avec parasol et chaises longues, barbecue, wifi, télévision, etc. Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez-soi et au calme. Very nice holiday home and a wonderful host

We spent a great holiday here. Nice location, Philippe was a wonderful host and brilliant weather. Everything is available in the house for a great holiday. The garden ist wonderful for kids, nothing is missing in the house. You can go to the beaches or explore the area. Guerande, Kerhinet and other, time was running fast. I hope, we come back one day.

Le gîte est adapté, bien organisé, et agencé et parfaitement fonctionnel. Tout est prévu pour le confort d'une arrivée paisible et d'un bon séjour. Les personnes s'occupant du gîte sont très agréables et très avenantes. Une région exceptionnelle, avec beaucoup de visites possibles à proximité. Gîte très sympa pour vacances en famille

Nous (2 familles - 4 adultes et 5 enfants) avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ces gîtes adjacents avec leurs deux grands jardins où les enfants peuvent se défouler. Lieu calme et charmant, location très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Une quinzaine de minutes en voiture pour aller à la plage (La Govelle, La Baule), à cinq minutes de Guérande pour faire des achats. A recommender.

Un séjour très agréable, de superbes vacances !!

Le Gîte est très bien conçu : clair, fonctionnel, très bonne literie, un beau jardin ... Avec deux enfants de 10 et 8 ans, nous avons découvert une région variée : le marais, les marais salants, le village de kerhinet, les plages de Piriac, Quimiac, Pen Bé et St Marc (M. Hulot) sans parler de la belle ville de Guérande. Nous avons également apprécié les huîtres, les bigorneaux, les palourdes et les langoustines. Et merci à Mado et à son fils Philippe d'avoir exprimé leur passion pour leur région. Anne M.

Excellent gîte entre les 2 marais

Gîte idéal en famille (le barbec', la balançoire, un grand jardin), et très bien équipé. Accueil exceptionnel de Mado. Ce gîte est vraiment bien situé car à mi-chemin entre marais salant et marais briéron, et à 2 pas (réellement!) du village "hors du temps" de Kerhinet. La région mérite vraiment le détour! Pour la plage, n'étant pas très adeptes des grosses stations balnéaires type "La Baule", nous avons suivi les conseils de Mado qui nous a dirigé vers une plage plus familiale.

très bon gite rural 4 personnes en Brière !

Gite 4 personnes, voir 5 (le gite dispose d'un convertible et d'un équipement Bébé) pour des vacances en famille à proximité de La Baule, des Marais salants, de Guérande... Accueillis avec un grand sourire, nous nous sommes vite appropriés ce gite rural ou nous avons fait des nuits de bébé (literie confortable). il n'y manque rien, cuisine équipée, douche italienne, lits grande dimension, très lumineux (c'est important à cette époque) et entretien facile (machine à laver et lave vaisselle) ! Un vaste jardin a permis aux enfants de se défouler... A 10 minute de Guérande, pour la visite des marais salants, visite de la vieille ville et manger votre crête à la crêperie le Roc Maria ! Au coeur du Parc de Brière, pour mieux découvrir le marais en Barque (embarcadère 30 minutes à pied au port de Bréca) et observer les oiseaux, à 20 minutes des plages de Batz sur Mer (idéal pour la pêche à la crevette) ou la Baule pour la grande plage de sable et les cours de voile. ce gite rural est idéalement situé pour profiter des vacances sans être dans la foule. Ayant visité la région il y a quelques années, j'ai pu faire mon pélerinage le temps d'un WE ! si vous avez des questions, Mado vous donnera toutes les réponses, tant pour trouver la fameuse fleur de sel, que pour visiter l'endroit le plus typique... allez y sans soucis, les enfants seront ravis !
