Third Balcony faces the West for beautiful sunsets. Here is what a guest says about the unit, "loved your unit. It was everything you said it was. Everything else pales in comparison."

Upon finding this gem of a property in Cocoa Beach, I find little reason to travel any further. The beaches are absolutely the best and you can walk or ride your bike for miles. The view of the ocean can be seen from almost every part of this condo. The condo is true luxury on the ocean. The view has got to be experienced.
