The house for your stay is located in Forcoli, in the province of Pisa. It is a quiet countryside village in the heart of the 'Parco Alta Valdera,' 4 km from Peccioli, winner of the 2024 'Borgo dei Borghi' award, and from Lajatico, the birthplace of Andrea Bocelli.

There are sports facilities, cycling paths, and a public outdoor swimming pool with games, slides, and a green park. We are in the Pisan hills, in the area between Pontedera and Volterra, near the G.C. Firenze-Pisa-Livorno road (7 km), the Pontedera train station (7 km), and the Pisa Galilei International Airport (20 km). Just a few kilometers away are stunning art cities such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, and San Gimignano. The sea is only 25 km away, with destinations such as Tirrenia, Viareggio, Vada, and Castiglioncello.

The house is independent, located in a quiet, green residential area, 100 meters from the town and useful services (shopping center, pastry shop, pizzerias, restaurants, banks), and accommodates 4 people.

The apartment is newly built, entirely on the ground floor, bright, comfortable, completely independent, and equipped with an exclusive garden for outdoor living. The furnishings are well-maintained and functional. The living room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (with a washing machine) and opens directly into the garden. Here, you will find a stone barbecue for grilling, a parasol, a table, chairs, and deck chairs for relaxation. The sunny master bedroom features a large window opening onto the garden. The charming small bedroom has two comfortable single beds (or one large bed). The bathroom is convenient, with a crystal shower box. Windows are equipped with mosquito screens, and the main door is reinforced.

Included in the price: A beach umbrella and two beach chairs.

To celebrate your arrival, we offer traditional Tuscan sweets and a bottle of wine.

"The appartment was very ...

"The appartment was very clean; there was a little noise from the appartment above, but it was not a problem. There is a very short walk to the supermarket, pizzeria etc. (Try the cecina at the pizzeria, 1 euro per slice and delicious) A microwave would have been a useful addition to the kitchen but otherwise the facilities were good with the use of the garage an added bonus. Plenty of tourist info at the house. The highlight of our stay was the Andrea Bocelli concert in Lajatica. We also spent an afternoon and evening in Lucca where we enjoyed a Puccini concert at San Giovanni church. Check out the website www.puccinielasualucca.com there is a different concert each night of the year. Lots of lovely medieaval towns around the area. Easy access to the appartment and the owner's could not have been more helpful."

good apartment, but noisy

nothing wrong with the apartment , the area , but some peoaple in the housing are very load, at strange times, meaning you cant sleep with windows open. orther than this small issue, its fine, especially the small garden was nice (buy mosquito spray) !

Thank you for your appreciation of home and garden. I would like to make some clarifications. The house has new mosquito nets with windows and doors. The garden is equipped with 2 electric mosquito repellent appliances. Provided with citronella candles, coils and sprays. We do not use harmful chemical disinfectants. The house is not isolated. Around there are other houses. In summer, open windows, terraces and gardens are used for the heat. Inevitable voices. No reference was made during stay. We always ask guests to improve.

Merci pour critique positive excellente sur la maison et sur la position stratégique pour visiter toute la Toscane. Une mise au point pour les moustiques: en été elles sont partout et notre zone n'est pas humide heureusement. Nous avons effectué une prévention excellente: Moustiquaires coulissantes aux portes et fenêtres, postes lumineux pour intérieurs et pour le jardin. Non aux stagnations d'eau. Nous sommes désolés que les moustiques aient piqué la dame mais il y a gens que j'attire ces insectes le plus.

Nous avons passé un super séjour! La maison est idéalement située: à la fois proche des villes comme Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pise, Lucca,...mais aussi proche des plages et de la mer (sympa pour aller piquer une tête après une journée de visite avec un petit garçon). La maison est également très bien entretenue, très propre et idéale pour une famille comme nous, de trois personnes (2 adultes et un enfant)! Le garage comme le jardin sont très appréciables et sont un plus! Les propriétaires sont extraordinaires: en arrivant, vous avez droit à toute une panoplie de documentation très bien ciblée et fournie et un cadeau de bienvenue (excellente bouteille, merci!). La documentation est en trois langues et tout est prévu pour vous faciliter le séjour! Quel magnifique travail, MERCI ! Outre la documentation, les propriétaires sont très sympas et soucieux de votre bien-être! Ils sont à l'écoute, respectueux, et vous donnent de bons conseils! Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce à Paola qui nous avait bien préparé le terrain: une riche documentation sur la Toscane, des conseils judicieux pour profiter pleinement de la région, un dictionnaire franco-italien quelquefois bien utile. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, le jardinet fort agréable par beau temps, et les propriétaires très attentionnés savent se rendre disponibles. Casa molto accogliente posizione ottima

Forcoli (Pisa) annuncio n 6170372 casa con giardino. Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in un luogo magnifico. La casa è ben curata, nuova, pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo trovato il soggiorno e l'ingresso della casa addobbati con luci e oggetti natalizi di buon gusto. Abbiamo acceso il caminetto che si trova nel soggiorno, con legna fornita gratuitamente dalla proprietaria, oltre a scaldare l'ambiente ha reso un'atmosfera ancora più natalizia. Dobbiamo affermare che la casa è migliore rispetto alle foto.La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata da belle case con giardini, ed a piedi si raggiunge il centro commerciale, bar, pasticceria, tabacchi, ristorante e pizzeria. La proprietaria ci ha fornito informazioni sugli eventi, sui ristoranti tipici toscani, sulle cantine, sulle città d'arte e sui piccoli borghi circostanti. Un vero ufficio turistico!!!! Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità della proprietaria e di suo marito in caso di eventuali nostre necessità.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en Toscane. L'appartement est particulièrement propre et soigné. L'espace de vie est fonctionnel pour une petite famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, en plus de parler français, ils se rendent très disponibles. Ils nous proposent également pleins de bons plans et fournissent toute la documentation nécessaire pour découvrir les alentours et même au-delà... Nous recommandons vivement cette location...

Un couple avec un enfant très bien élevé et ce a été un plaisir les recevoir. Avec vrai plaisir nous avons parlé avec eux et nous avons fourni renseignements utiles pour un bon séjour. Ils ont eu beaucoup de respect pour la maison et ils l'ont rendu en ordre.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieter

Schöne, gepflegte und gemütliche Wohnung mit lauschigem kleinen Garten, der zum Grillen und entspannen einläd. Die Vermieter sind ein angenehmes und aufgeschlossenes Ehepaar, daß sich freundlich um seine Gäste bemüht. Zentral gelegen in kleinem Ort mit fußläufig zu erreichendem kleinen Einkaufszentrum. L'appartement est idéal pour une famille : chambres pour les parents, chambre pour les enfants, et jardinet pour manger dehors. Pas de vis-à-vis, au calme car en retrait par rapport à la route principale. Très bien placé pour sillonner les routes de Toscane : 30 min de Pise 45 min de Florence, et 10 min des grands commerces. A pied, il y a glacier artisanal, pizzeria, superette, poste, distributeur de billets, pharmacie. Nous avons pu visiter la Toscane sans nous ruiner, ce qui est très apréciable. Nos hôtes sont très gentils et laissent une abondante documentation qui complète les guides touristiques.

bellissimo appartamento in ottima posizione

Siamo stati qui una settimana con un bimbo piccolo e ci siamo trovati molto bene: l'appartamento è spazioso e curato. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fornito informazioni utili su luoghi/spiagge da visitare. Il giardino sul retro è molto bello (peccato per le zanzare!!). Fantastico anche poter raggiungere a piedi in 5' un supermercato e un bar dove fare colazione. Location eccellente per visitare belle città quali Siena, Pisa, Volterra,... Assolutamente consigliato!!

Paola Rossa and Carlos re...

Paola Rossa and Carlos really this holiday for us. They could not do enough for us. It was our first time in Tuscany, myself, wife and 16 year old son......She had all tours on the area researched and documented for you. As neither of us spoke Italian, and only a little French, on our arrival Paola was kind enough to take time explaining to us where everything from the local supermarket to car hire was, to get our bearings. The apartment is exceptionally clean. There is a neat little garden, with a BBQ setup. The apartment had everything you needed. Including use of a garage, two bikes, and sun loungers, and umbrellas for the beach. The apartment is convenient for everything, a nice village with banks, supermarket, bars and pizzeria’s at reasonable prices on the doorstep and access to a fantastic footpath/cycle network to interesting old villages. A super place to tour Tuscany from with a car, but you don't need a car as there are buses to Pontederra which has regular trains to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and other places of interest. There is a hire car company in the village. Everyone we met was really friendly and we had a great time. Would like to think we could come back in the future. Thanks Paola and Carlos

"Un accueil personnalisé et très sympathique. Des propriétaires désireux de faire découvrir leur région (dossiers mis à disposition très bien construits pour chaque lieu), de très bons conseils sur les facilités environnantes (restaurants, centres commerciaux, stations-service,...). Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactifs aux demandes formulées. Le petit plus aurait été d''avoir une possibilité d''accès à Internet. Un grand merci à Paola et Carlo."

"Appartement propre, facile d''accès, dans un quartier calme, chauffage au gaz non compris dans la location. Les murs ne sont pas bien isolés du bruit (on entend les voisins)et du froid. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et serviables. Ils fournissent toute la documentation sur les endroits à visiter dans la région. Nous avons même eu droit à un verre de vin avec des biscuits en arrivant."

The house, ground floor, is new and independent. The area is residential, quiet and green. Very close to all the necessary services within walking distance: shopping center, bar, pastry shops, tobacconists, banks, bakery, pharmacy. 100 meters away in a beautiful forest to do on foot or by bicycle. Cycle path in the nature that reaches the communal swimming pool. From the house you can see the hill with the church and the castle.
