The house is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area in the town of Capannoli in the heart of Tuscany. The house has a beautiful terrace where you can eat outdoors with a table, chairs and umbrella. Free Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine are available to guests. The house has a beautiful and bright kitchen, living and dining area, bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which with terrace and bathroom with tub.
Included in the stay free tasting of wine and typical Tuscan local products. Free visit to the Pastificio Martelli and free visit to an old plant tissue factory.
