Maison parfaitement situé entre lac et montagne . Village très sympa ! Logement avec propreté irréprochable .Adapté à nos deux enfants . Alain est très agréable et à l’écoute de nos besoins et disponible . On ne manque de rien ! Serviettes et draps fournis ce qui est très appréciable !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit grossen Garten und sehr nettem Gastgeber. Annecy ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch.Wirklich sehr schön.

Der Check-in war komplikationslos und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war gut.Besonders der Garten hat unseren Mäusen gefallen. Hier konnten wir toll Kubb spielen.Wir kommen gern wieder.

L'appartement est très bien conçu, avec mezzanine, salle de bain, chambre spacieuses. Terrasse avec grand jardin, le tout au calme et à 25 min d'Annecy. Séjour au top !

Modern und sauber mit schöner Terrasse in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig am Ortsrand, abseits des touristischen Trubels von Annecy, das aber mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Selbstversorgung im Ortskern von Villaz. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-in via Schlüsseltresor. Moderne und vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner möblierter Terrasse. Bewertung nur mit 4 von 5 Sternen aus folgenden Gründen: Aufgrund der schmalen französischen Doppelbetten (keine getrennten Bettdecken) ist die Unterkunft besser für Paare/Familien geeignet als für Gruppen. Das zweite Doppelbett befindet sich oben im Loftbereich ohne Trennwand zu Wohnzimmer/Küche, insofern kein vollwertiges ungestörtes zweites Schlafzimmer.

Großartig

Tolles Haus, sehr geräumig, ruhige Lage, toller Blick auf die Berge, super große Wiese, sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann viel Verschiedenes unternehmen. Tolle Stadt Annecy, super See lac d'Annecy, faszinierende Wanderungen in den Bergen möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Un havre paisible et confortable

Pour visiter Annecy, les environs autour du lac, loin des agitations touristiques, proche du village Pamelan bien achalandé pour s’alimenter. Le voisinage du propriétaire, au service de ses hôtes, est un avantage. Les places de parking au pied du logement appréciables, propreté impeccable, bien équipé, lumineux. Great appartment with 360° view

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed 1 week in August 2022 in this very nice quiet and relaxing apartment. We were welcomed by the owners warmly. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped - all the kitchen utilities you may wish, supplements for the dishwasher and laundry, furniture at the nice terrasse, etc are provided. The terrace has a sun protection which we used during the hot days we were in Villaz (up to 37degC). The garden is large and can be used freely. The apartment offers an astonishing 360° view to the mountains and the surrounding area. Although it is uphill the small village Villaz is at the same plateau and the grocery shopping and delicious bakery (1km) are within reach without climbing (we used our own bicycles). The area offers a lot for a great vacation - nice lake, beautiful cities and hiking and cycling opportunities. We can highly recommend this apartment.
