During holidays or a short stay, we welcome you to the Dordogne in a green and peaceful setting.
Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord in the heart of Périgord Noir, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.

The "olivier" gîte, cosy, comfortable, single-storey is fully equipped with an air conditioned living room / kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a shower room and separated toilets.

You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the area.

Peace and tranquillity in the Dordogne

Property is very clean well equipped and perfectly placed to explore the area , we enjoyed the pool the wild life and the local towns and markets. Alexandria was nice and very helpful. We had a lovely time there and would recommend it to anyone.

5 jours hors saison au calme. Gite aloe bien situé et facile à trouver ,car proche de Sarlat.Accueil particulièrement aisé avec la propriétaire des lieux, échanges riches sur les diverses spécialités perigourdines.Gite en lui même conforme à la description de l annonce Abritel. Intérieur bien pensé. Un gros plus à une excellente literie. Lieux impeccables. Extérieur : très belle campagne. gite avec jardin et une belle piscine le tout proche de la forêt. Accès à notre compagon à 4 pattes fut déterminant dans notre reservation.Merci à Alexandra pour ces moments de repos.

Wij hebben genoten van een voortreffelijk verblijf. Het huisje was licht en smaakvol ingericht en comfortabel ingericht. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche an diesem traumhaften Ort in einer der Gites Aloe verbracht und wurden sehr herzlich von der freundlichen Gastgeberin Alexandra empfangen und sie gab uns auch immer wieder tolle Tipps. Diese Gites sind auf einem tollen großen liebevoll gestalteten ruhigen Gartengelände mit angrenzendem Wald. Schön ruhig und für Familien in der Saison zu empfehlen

Das Häuschen ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Für Familien in der Saison sehr zu empfehlen da ab Mai der Pool in Betrieb ist und eine schöne Ergänzung zum angenehmen Aufenthalt darstellt.

2 semaines dans un environnement magnifique,Alexandra est une hôtesse chaleureuse et dynamique et qui est toujours là pour vous en cas de besoins. Le gîte est très propre et très fonctionnel, la piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. Très bien situé nous avons pu rayonner dans pas mal d’endroits. Vacances très réussies

Nous venons de passer 15 jours de vacances chez Alexandra formidables !! Grâce à plusieurs choses , la première : > Alexandra !! Hôtesse chaleureuse, dynamique, rayonnante, ayant une joie de vivre communicative toujours de bonne humeur accompagnée de son petit chien Gandhi … très professionnelle également, action/réaction telle est sa devise !! > Deuxièmement : le gîte !!! Très propre, environnement calme,très bien équipé avec des équipements de qualité ( literie nickel..) et que dire de la piscine .. très bien entretenue, nous y avons passé de longs moments reposants protégés par de beaux parasols … de plus, la localisation est appréciable… dans un périmètre d une vingtaine de kms beaucoup de sites exceptionnels ( Lascaux, le château des Milandes, le château de Beynac … et j’en passe … ) à proximité de jolis villages comme Domme, Caysac, Sarlat… > Troisièmement, nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de vélos de qualité qui nous ont permis de nous balader sur l’agréable voie verte … > Et enfin les merveilleux conseils d Alexandra nous ont fait découvrir la gastronomie périgourdine ….. Voilà vous l’aurez compris je recommande à 1000 % le gîte d Alexandra 😉
