Einfach super!!!

Eine sehr nette Vermieterin die auch deutsch spricht. Ein wunderschönes Haus. Angeln direkt vom Garten. Wir waren rund um glücklich und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche in Ordnung, Armatur leider etwas defekt. Sonnenschirm am Pool leider nicht vorhanden. Betreuung durch die Vermieterin perfekt. Kommunikation war super. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst, Wetter war bombastisch….

schönes Haus mit Bootsanleger

Positiv: Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön, alles ist sauber und ziemlich neu. Es gibt einen schön gestalteten Terrassenbereich mit geschmackvoll eingebettetem Pool. Überall ist ausreichend und angenehme Beleuchtung vorhanden, inkl. Poolbeleuchtung. Es gibt Insektenschutz (Fliegengitter) in den Schlafzimmern. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Bootsanleger mit Leiter (auch für Kajak ideal geeignet). Die Ausstattung der Küche ist umfangreich und ordentlich. Neutral: Man muss eine Kaution in Bar hinterlegen (bei uns 500€). Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten wir selbst mitbringen. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden. Negativ: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern (nur im Wohnzimmer), das kann an heißen Tagen zum Schlafen unangenehm warm sein. Die Vermieterin wollte uns mehrfach dazu bewegen die zweite Rate der Mietzahlung direkt an sie zu überweisen. Dadurch hätten wir allerdings auf den sicheren Zahlungsweg über FEWO verzichten müssen. 3 Tage nach Abreise haben wir die Information erhalten, dass der Sonnenschirm defekt ist (gebrochenes Scharnier). Wir haben versichert, dass bei unserer Abreise alles in Ordnung gewesen ist. Eine Übergabe hatte nicht stattgefunden. Trotzdem wurden uns die Kosten für einen neuen Schirm (120 Euro) von unserer Kaution abgezogen.

Villa in Empuriabrava

Das Haus war spitze. Die Eigentümerin super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und nur weiterzuempfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. 10 Punkte von 10.

Séjour Empuriabrava

Superbe séjour au bord du canal , soleil , tapas et sangria. Maison fidèle à la description et très agréable. Décoration de la maison avec bon goût, belle piscine et jardin bien entretenu

Fantastische woning met een heerlijk zwembad

Wij hebben genoten van de prachtige woning en zwembad. De woning is zeer schoon en goede bedden. De ligging is goed dichtbij strand, winkels en restaurantjes. Contact persoon is goed bereikbaar. Het enige minpuntje was al het contante geld wat je bij aankomst moet betalen €500 borg, €125 schoonmaakkosten en €80 bedlinnen zonder dat je een kwitantie krijgt. Het bedrag kwam bij ons ook niet overeen met de voorwaarden van de boeking wel hadden we privé van de eigenaar daar een mail over gekregen. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad en vinden deze woning een aanrader.

Haus am Kanal

Super tolle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkmöglichkeiten für 2 Autos im Hof . Sehr geräumiges Haus , die Zimmer sind groß und man hat genug Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist traumhaft schön , wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Baby da. Da werden wir bestimmt wieder Urlaub machen !Wir

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war schön und die Gastgeberin hat sich gut um das Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Es kam zu zusätzlichen (Reinigungs-)Gebühren und einer Kautionszahlung nach dem Buchungsvorgang, dieses sollte man berücksichtigen und ggf. vorab erfragen. Ansonsten alles problemlos und ein guter Aufenthalt! Danke!

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa. Celle-ci est bien équipée et très bien agencée. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 personnes (2 adultes +2 enfants). La literie est confortable. La maison est lumineuse. La terrasse à l'extérieur est très agréable. Mme Rouanet a été très réactive durant notre séjour et un petit soucis de Wifi à notre arrivée a été réglé en moins d'une heure. Magasins, restaurants et plages sont à proximité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable avec maison très bien équipée. Bon emplacement , calme. Communication et réactivité de l'agence très efficace. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18 mois > Extérieur pas très adapté dans cette configuration ! Mais nous le saurons à l'avenir.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Haus liegt zentral. Die Agentur ist sehr gut zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Immer wieder gerne.

Sommerferien 2020

Wir haben erstmalig dieses Objekt gemietet. Der Urlaub stand Aufgrund Corona auf der Kippe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt, da Sie sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Wir haben vereinbart, wenn wir durch Covid 19 verhindert sind anzureisen, wird der Mietpreis erstattet. Egal ob Reisewarung oder nicht. Das war schon sehr entspannt. Vor Ort fanden wir das Objekt so vor, wie es die Spanischen Behörden verschrieben. Es fehlen halt Deko und Vorhänge. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben. Ein Defekt an der Spülmaschine wurde am selben Tag noch von einem Handwerker behoben. Der Pool wurde 2 mal Wöchentlich kontrolliert, gereinigt und im PH Wert korrigiert. Alles am und im Haus funktionierte so, wie es soll. Frau Rouanet hat sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles gut ist und ob wir zufrieden sind. Ich muss sagen, dass wir uns sehr gut betreut fühlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub. Wir werden sicher nochmal bei Frau Rouanet und in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wonderful house, not a good experience

The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately the pool was broken during our stay, we were barely able to use it and because of the ongoing (sometimes very noisy!) repairs had no privacy whatsoever. The communication was poor. I understand that the owner may not have realised the nature of the issue and had to hire another contractor during the week, but even when the water was only knee high she insisted it was still useable. We booked a house with a pool, not a kiddy pool. Had I known beforehand I would have preferred to have the option to cancel and find another location instead. Instead, the owner insisted it was just a minor problem that would be resolved - it was, on our final day. Having said that, I believe the issue is now fixed and future renters will have a great house to stay in. We will however not return.
