This modern chalet is built of wood and has a very good thermal insulation. The air conditioning in the central living room can refresh the two bedrooms located on either side of the living room. 1 bed 160x190 in each room, as well as large wardrobes and a desk. 1 bathroom equipped with a shower, 1 wc. Before the cottage is a large wooden terrace of 70m2 with a table and several chairs. This is partly shaded terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, Cerbicales and Sardinia. It is also equipped with 2 double super Hammocks. Private access and parking at the beach palombaggia (800m). WIFI, TV, BBQ, the kitchen is outdoors. POOL NO. And gourmet evenings, various restaurants including La Table de Mina, Costa Marina are nearby. A grocery store is open 7/7 200m from the chalet.

Tolle uns ruhige Umgebung

Frau Roux hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt, da das Haus innerhalb einer 5 Sterne Hotel/Appartementanlage liegt. Das Haus liegt aber trotzdem separat und man wird nicht gestört. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Die Aussenküche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Sie hat alles was man benötigt. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le chalet de Serge Le lieu est magique avec une vue sur l une des plus belles plages de L' iles Le chalet est très bien équipé et très propre , parfait pour une petite famille Kidsfriendly, décor magnifique , accueil plus que sympa, très bien placé pour sillonner le sud de la Corse , c 'est un sans faute! Nous avons recommandé cet endroit à tous nos amis en rentrant et nous sommes certains d'y retourner très vite! merci encore à Serge et sa famille de nous avoir si bien reçu !

Magnifique !

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette petite maison avec nos enfants et nous avons trouvé l'endroit magique ! La grande terrasse (et ses hamacs) a une vue imprenable sur la mer qui est accessible à 800 m par un chemin privatif qui donne accès lui aussi à une place de parking privée. De nombreuses plages toutes plus belles les unes que les autres se trouvent à proximité. Commerces et restaurants à qq km également même si en avril, beaucoup sont encore fermés. Bonifacio est à 45 mn et vaut le détour. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle, confortable, il ne manque rien. Elle correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. La cuisine, qui se trouve à l'extérieur sur la terrasse, est très bien équipée et on peut admirer la vue en cuisinant, quel bonheur ! Notre hôte fut très sympathique, disponible, à l'écoute et arrangeant. Il ne manque pas de donner des idées de virées si vous ne connaissez pas le coin. On recommande fortement cette location et on reviendra !

Wahou! Quel spectacle !

Nous avons passé mon ami et moi une semaine magique. Des notre arrivée, Monsieur Titrant nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a présenté LA terrasse... Une vue de fou! Au dessus de la plage de Palombaggia. Et tous les matins ( nous avons eu beau temps presque toute la semaine) nous avions le droit à un nouveau spectacle son et lumière!!! Réveil avec le chant des oiseaux et levé de soleil. Le top! Le chalet est très récent: 2 chambres, un salon et une salle de bain. La cuisine est à l'extérieur. Faire ses repas au milieu des arbres avec la vue sur la mer est très dépaysant!!! Nous avons réservé notre séjour pour cet été!!! Trop hâte!!! Merci Monsieur Titrant pour cet havre de Paix
