• Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• Please note that parking is not included with this rental property. For ease of loading and unloading, that there is a Loading/Unloading zone marked off on Patton Avenue between the Restoration Hotel and the S&W building. This zone can accommodate up to 3 cars and allows for up to 30 minutes of parking to load and unload vehicles during your stay. There is a paid parking garage nearby which is well marked and close to the S&W building.
• Due to the historic nature of the S&W building, the elevator is occasionally closed without warning for maintenance. Stairway access is always available to Ellington Loft, which is on the 4th floor.
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
