Finca Es Torrent den Cosme. House with pool. Ses Salines.

The "Finca Es Torrent den Cosme" is strategically located in the southern cone of the island of Mallorca and in the center of the main virgin beaches and coves of Mallorca which is no more than 10 minutes by car, and 350 m from the urban center of ses Salines.  This two-storey house, typical Mallorcan from 1910 and completely renovated, has all the amenities, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ... and free WIFI. The access is easy and by an asphalted road. The farm is on a plot of 4000 m2, and has a pool of 4 x 9 m, with a solarium of 150 m2 prepared with sun beds and umbrellas to relax and sunbathe at any time of day. The pool is shared with the attached house.
The garden has a harmonious layout with a beautiful landscape of palm trees, shrubs, olive trees and lemon trees, offering total relaxation on the outskirts of Ses Salines village, enjoying the inner horizon with stunning views of the San Salvador mountain. It is remarkable the velarium, from May to September, to protect against the sun in the summer and enjoy readings, meals, dinners and family chats.
 The farm also has a charcoal barbecue to make all kinds of roasts. Another great advantage is the supply of spring water from the land of the farm. In addition, the property is fenced and has parking. ' The house has a maximum capacity of 6 people, with two double beds of 150 cm and two single beds of 90 cm, in three rooms. In addition, it has two bathrooms with shower, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen auf der Finca sehr genossen! Fernando ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, und hat uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Die Lage im Südosten der Insel ist sehr gut. Man kann innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten in den Ort Ses Salines laufen, in dem es gute Restaurants, Bars und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich mit Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt können wir die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbar!

Fernando ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und wir wurden bestens versorgt. Das Haus liegt ruhig nahe bei Ses Salines und hat einen sehr hübschen Garten und großen Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Fernando!

Ruhig gelegenes Schmuckstück

Das Haus besteht aus zwei voneinander komplett getrennten Wohneinheiten. Es ist sehr schick im Mallorquinischen Stil gebaut / renoviert worden. Wir hatten das größere Haus mit insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern. Der private Pool wird geteilt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten uns nochmal bei Fernando für seine Gastfreundschaft bedanken! Was man wissen sollte: Das Objekt liegt außerhalb der kleineren Ortschaft Ses Salines, also ohne Auto eigentlich nicht zu empfehlen. Trotzdem ein wunderschönes Plätzchen zum Erholen.

Schöner Urlaub bei Ses Salines

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der tollen Finca von Fernando verbracht. Die Anfahrt war toll organisiert und zur Begrüßung standen Kuchen, Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Handtücher, Pooltücher, Tischdecke alles vorhanden und alles sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage, da man einerseits auf dem Lande ist aber auch sehr schnell entweder an den Buchten oder am langen Strand Es Trenc. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Das Haus ist super gemütlich und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Baby ist es nicht zu eng. Vom Haus aus läuft man kurz in den kleinen Ort Ses Salines, wo man z.B. Restaurants besuchen kann. Der Vermieter war auch sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett - vielen Danke für alles!

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit einem großen geräumigen Haus für 6 Personen an das ein kleineres angebaut ist für 4Personen,Pool und Grill werden gemeinsam auf dem riesigen Areal genutzt,einfach wunderschön.10min zu Fuß und man ist mitten im Ortskern ,wo man sich lecker verwöhnen lassen kann. Der Vermieter Fernando ist absolut zuvorkommend und sehr nett,beide Häuser sind innen und das gesamte Grundstück super gepflegt und sehr sauber.

Lovely, quiet villa in Ses Salines

Having been to Mallorca regularly over the years, this is exactly what we were looking for. We love the area and this accommodation was perfect for our family holiday. It had everything we needed and Fernando was a super host. Great local restaurants, a short drive from fantastic beaches, bbq, ‘private’ pool...... it ticks all the boxes for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday!

Wunderschöne Finca! Man kann zu Fuss nach Ses Salines laufen. Das Außengelände der Finca ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Finca war supersauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet (warme Decken, Haartrockner, Handtücher auch für die Küche, ausreichend Geschirr/Besteck, Sonnenschirm für den Strand etc. etc.) Man merkt deutlich, dass Fernando möchte, dass es Dir gut geht.

Very kind, friendly and committed landlord. The the traditional finca is modern and in perfect condition. The pool area is a great place to relax. The amazon beach Es Trenc is only 10 minutes away by car. Many restaurants and visiting sites in the area. All in all a wonderful experience, highly recommendable!

Phantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Finca ist wunderschön, in einem Top Zustand und komplett ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt und hatte eine dementsprechend gute Wasserqualität. Fernando hat sich um alles gekümmert und war ein Top Gastgeber. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung !

Traumhafter Mädelsurlaub in der wunderschönen Finca von Fernado

Wir waren im Sommer 2018 in der niedlichen Finca in Ses Salines. Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber und aussattungsreich. Auch die Außenanlage war äußert gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt zu Fernado war einmalig. Schon vor Reiseantritt hatten wir Kontakt über WhatsApp und er hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, ohne die wir wahrscheinlich aufgeschmissen gewesen wären :D Und so ging es auch am Anreisetag weiter, neben der Führung durchs Haus, welches wirklich alles zu bieten hat, hat er uns Rat zu Stränden, Restaurants etc. gegeben! Er war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar um 3 Uhr nachts verabschiedet! Als Dolmetscher fungierte sein Sohn, was auch gut geklappte! Also Fernado: Die sechs Mädels bedanken sich nochmal von Herzen und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal! Liebe Grüße Julia und die Mädels :)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Gastgeber

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter. Die Badezimmer sind etwas beengt, vorallem die Duschen. Die Betten sind teilweise etwas durchgelegen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2017 Gäste in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Haus und Garten vermitteln ein wunderbares mediterranes Flair, es wäre sicherlich auch kein Problem den kompletten Urlaub ohne Ausflüge hier zu verbringen. Perfekte Lage ohne Fluglärm und ohne Durchgangsverkehr, Grundstück von außen praktisch nicht einsehbar. Die Betreuung durch Fernando und seine Familie war vorbildlich, er hat immer mal wieder mit einem Kuchen oder einer Flasche Wein vorbeigeschaut, sehr nett ohne dass es aufdringlich gewirkt hat. Auch eine kleine Katze kam jeden Tag zu Besuch, sehr zu unserer aller Freude (das kann natürlich nicht garantiert werden ;-). Im Ort, welcher in rund 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist, gibt es mehrere Restaurants (Tipp mit wunderschönem Innenhof: Cassai) und einen Supermarkt (auch Sonntags geöffnet), für weitere Exkursionen ist ein Auto natürlich sinnvoll. Alles in allem perfekt für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Ach ja, wird auch immer wichtiger: Stabiles und schnelles WLAN ;-) Fazit: Beide Daumen hoch - viele Grüße nochmal an Fernando und Familie!!

Wieder ein wunderbares Erlebnis

Wir haben die Finca dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal gebucht und waren wieder zu 100% zufrieden: Top Lage, modern, großzügig, sauber. Der Pool-Bereich ein entspannter Genuss und der Außenbereich immer freundlich und einladend. Die Vermieter waren auch dieses Jahr freundlich, sympathisch und stets für Fragen erreichbar.

Eine tolle Finca. Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fernando und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Einzige Anmerkung wäre, dass man sich die Finca durch einen zusätzlichen Anbau für weitere Gäste teilt.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit der Möglichkeit zum Grillen, Relaxen und Sonnenbaden. Fernando und seine Familie sind immer da, wenn man sie braucht und sehr freundlich. Alle anderen Vorzüge wurden bereits in den vielen Bewertungen genannt. Einziger möglicher Wermutstropfen: es können noch zusätzliche Mieter im kleinen Anbau vorhanden sein.
