Facing south, quiet and 10 minutes walk from the city center, it is located on the heights of Les Xettes with a breathtaking view of the ski slopes and the lake. Fenced chalet with private parking.

Rundum echt sehr schön!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Im Sommer sowie Winter ist es einfach herrlich. Im Winter skifahren und wandern im Sommer wandern und schwimmen.Wir waren im Winter hier und sind Ski gefahren und waren wandern. Gerade für Anfänger ein wirklich wunderschönes Skigebiet! Vom Haus aus führen ganz viele Wanderwege in verschiedene Waldstücke. In der Nähe sind super viele Wasserfälle und auch Wanderungen möglich die wirklich ganz viele Abenteuer versprechen! Sehr nette Gastgeber und man kann alle Fragen stellen! Es wird alles möglich gemacht!Das einzige ist die Sprache mit der man leider an manche Grenzen stößt! Da wäre etwas mehr Flexibilität von allen Franzosen wünschenswert.Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

très beau chalet mais mobilier intérieur et surtout extérieur décevant , peu pratique ( bancs) et divan trop petit. Porte vers extérieur malheureusement condamnée et cuisine qui a quelques soucis de porte. Mais excellent séjour malgré ces petits détails. Gérante au top

Kurztrip mit Freunden

Mittlerweile zum 3. Mal in Folge sind wir (deutsche Motorradgruppe) an Pfingsten in Gerardmer aufgeschlagen, zum ersten Mal in diesem Appartement. Ob Motorrad-, Mountain - oder Trekkingbike, Wandern, andere sportliche Aktivitäten oder einfach nur zum Ausspannen am See bietet Gerardmer alles, was gefällt. Wir waren mit 10 Mann ( und Frau ) vor Ort, - Selbstversorger - und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Platz und Equipement zum Kochen,Backen,Grillen,etc. ist genügend vorhanden. Um Handtücher muss man sich allerdings selber kümmern, ebenso ist der Bettbezug kostenpflichtig. Das sollte man schon mal von zu Hause mitbringen. Auch sind Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, ziemlich nah am Wald und auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom See und vom Stadtkern entfernt.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in Gerardmer. Het huis is groot en netjes. De incheckdame was erg vriendelijk. Communicatie was wel lastig aangezien de eigenaren alle correspondentie in het Frans stuurden en de incheckdame spreekt ook alleen maar Frans. We waren met een gezelschap van 6 personen en dat was prima te doen in het huis. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis is fantastisch!

Mooi huis, mooi uitzicht. Voorzieningen in de keuken, in de kamers en in de badkamers zijn uitstekend. Buiten zijn alleen lange banken om aan te eten. Een paar lekkere stoelen of ligstoelen erbij zou fijn zijn. We hadden heel mooi weer!

Chalet spacieux et bien entretenu. On y a trouvé tout ce dont on avait besoin. Le séjour est très agréable avec ses baies vitrées et sa vue sur Gerardmer. Agencement et prestation vraiment de très bonne qualité.

Super schön!!

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage! Man sieht unten die Stadt und den See. Das Haus selbst ist einfach wunderschön! Alles aus Holz, sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gibt einen extra Hauswirtschaftsraum, in dem Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Weiteres Putzmaterial und ein Grill vorhanden sind. Hier kann man dann auch die Ski-Sachen unterbringen. Da das Haus komplett aus Holz ist, ist es auch sehr hellhörig, dies hat uns (trotz Kinder von 2-6) nicht gestört. Die Vermieter und auch die Dame, die uns empfangen haben, waren sehr, sehr nett! Der E-Mail-Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer sehr gut. Es gibt lediglich einen Punkt Abzug bei dem Check-In-Vorgang, da wir kein französisch sprechen und die Dame auch kein Deutsch. Somit gestaltete sich die Kommunikation vor Ort abenteuerlich :) Aber mit Hilfe von Google-Translate hat das dann alles super geklappt. Alles in Allem war es über Silvester ein super Aufenthalt in Gerardmer und obwohl kein Schnee lag, hatten wir eine super Zeit und haben diese auch ohne Schnee vollends genossen. Jederzeit würden wir wir wieder kommen.
