As owners, and previous VRBO renters ourselves, we understand the desire to stay in a property that has been well cared for, well stocked, and is very clean, comfortable and un-cluttered. Located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, you will enjoy the easy access of restaurants, live entertainment, shops, and the Pensacola Beach Pier. One of the best features of Emerald Isle, is the easy access to the beach. Once you leave the lobby and pool area, the beach is only a few feet away. There is no street to cross, making it very convenient and easy to transport your belongings. There are two pools, one of which is heated, and a hot tub. A fitness center and sauna on the lower level is also available at no additional fee.

This 11th floor unit is located on one of the more desirable floors in the building, as it is away from any noise and distraction from the pool area. This is the perfect unit for small families, couples traveling together, snowbirds, or a girl's getaway weekend. You will enjoy total privacy out on your balcony while you enjoy the spectacular view of the gulf. It has two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom faces the gulf, providing the most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people and there are two twin memory foam mattresses available for extra visitors. There are 2 smart TV's in the unit (master bedroom and living room) and a 3rd TV in the guest room. With the smart TV feature you will be able to access your netflix and your other online subscriptions, as well as free features such as iHeart radio to play music throughout those areas in the unit. A DVD/Blue ray player is also available for the living room TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, fabulous GE profile appliances, and a stainless steel backsplash. The dining room table seats four and there are an additional 3 barstools at the bar for extra seating. The balcony has seating which consists of two chairs, a small love seat, and coffee table.

Lazy Days Beach Rentals provides our beach chair service. Two large beach chairs and umbrella are included and reserved with this condo (a $30 per day value). Available 7 days a week, March 1st–Oct 31st (244 days annually) 8:00am – 6:00pm; Peak Season (Weather Permitting). During the off season, there are chairs and an umbrella in the condo you can take down to the beach.

Please note our rates are firm. Maximum of 6 occupants, no pets.
