Great stay in beautiful location

The flat was super great- incredible views, peaceful location, small but felt spacious and easy to check in. Had most things you need in kitchen and house, washing machine, washing up liquid, plates etc available, although you do need to bri bf your own loo roll and oil, salt and pepper , shampoo and tea etc . We loved it !

Very nice property well located at the top of the hills around Port de Sóller. Quiet, great views, yet walkable to the beach (some elevation to cover though). Would certainly come back. Btw.: WiFi quality is great, for those that want to work during the stay. It has got a 250MB connection.

Very spacious and very well equipped apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view of the mountains. Some difficulty parking near the apartment and sometimes neighbors a little noisy in the evening but otherwise a very nice stay

Great apartment in a good location if you are fit. High up on hill so energetic walk from the port and the bus stop. Clean and spacious with facilities to self cater if required.

Relaxed with great views

Nice apartment, well situated a good hike up from the town, which suited us very much. Apartment had pretty much everything necessary for a weeks stay. Sleeping was comfortable. Could have had basic condiments as standard and an update of crockery/glasses is recommended.

Great place to stay

The apartment was well equipped. The fully equipped kitchen was particularly very comfortable. The view from the balcony was really nice. Overall, my friend and I were very satisfied.It should be said, however, that the apartment is a little higher up and you should be fit enough to walk to it from the bus stop. It was also very noisy. And in the bathroom there were traces of mold on the walls, which is probably due to the high humidity in the small room after showering. Certainly difficult for the owners to avoid if tenants do not ventilate sufficiently.

Nice apartment, oven and washing machine were great. Not much room for parking, so one resident scratched our car. In order to sleep I had to wait until the neighbours stopped shouting into their phones, usually around 11 pm. Electricity seems to be limited, the power went out when we switched on the heating.

Great value, great location

This is a lovely little apartment located close to the port and all amenities. It's perfect for two, but would get a bit cramped for more as they would be on the sofa bed in the living room. Port Soller is hilly, so the walking route down to the port area with lots of cafes and restaurants is steep, but only takes a few minutes. From there you can also catch the tram to Soller. The view from the balcony is stunning, there's free on-street parking, a full kitchen, air con, etc. In fact, all you need. We had a couple of items missing (we were there early March and may well have been the first guests that year), but they were quickly replaced. Overall we like it, its not expensive, and yes, we'd definitely go back.

Apartment review

The location of the apartment is great - a 10 min walk into the port and a 15 min walk back up the hill, and makes for a great base for exploring the area. The check in was easy and the view from the apartment is stunning. We would recommend cocktails at the sunset bar at the hotel opposite the apartment. However, we were disappointed that the apartment lacked any kitchen basics (oil and salt etc) and the bathroom didn’t appear very clean. We also couldn’t get a hold of the host for the duration of our stay and no check out instructions were provided. As other reviewers have noted, the sound proofing in the apartment block is poor and we were awoken every night by people entering/talking/playing music - we would recommend ear plugs. Overall we thought the apartment has amazing potential but more could be done to create a better experience for guests. .

Beautiful views but not very clean

The place and view from the apartment is amazing and overall I had a really nice stay. The balcony is really great and spacious and there is everything you need in the apartment. There is even a washing machine which you can use.Unfortunately I need to mention a few bad points:The place wasn't clean at all, it seemed liked it was cleaned a long time ago and not used in the meantime. It was definitely not freshly prepared for my stay. The dishes were obviously never checked after the last person staying there, which meant I first had to clean all the dishes before being able to use them.In addition at the check in time at 4pm there was no key in the lock, which after a long day of travelling is really annoying and unfortunate. After calling the owner fortunately they came pretty quickly.Be aware, that if you use any more than two facilities in the appartment, the power will cut out. It happened every evening until I had figured out that I simply cannot use more than two things at the same time.Some of the reviews I had read before said that it is very noisy because you here the neighbours very well. It is true, that you here everything from the neighbours. However I found that they were respecting the quiet hours and I didn't feel disturbed in my sleep too much.

Preis/Leistung hat alles gepasst. An Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man für eine schöne Zeit benötigt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, die nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Absolut reibungslos - über Buchung, Schlüsselbox, Aufenthalt. Gute Lage um Wanderungen rund um Port de Sóller zu starten…

Gastgeber hatten wir nicht kennenlernen können, was aber okay war, da wir auch ohne gut klargekommen sind. Was die Ausstattung betraf, so hat uns das meiste gefreut, allerdings fehlten (immer noch) Weingläser, die wir dann selbst kauften und dort ließen. Gut war vor Allem, dass Lage, selbstständige leibliche Versorgung u.ä. auf zwar bescheidenem Standard, aber eben trotzdem gut möglich war/ist. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank also! P.S.: den Schlüssel hatten wir wieder ins Schließfach gelegt, wo wir ihn auch entnommen hatten.

Bastante bien.

La comodidad de la casa muy buena. Fuimos tres adultos y un bebé. La casa cuenta con trona y cuna para los nenes, que es muy útil. Nosotros no hicimos uso de la cuna. Cocina con todo lo necesario para pasar los días que hagan falta. De la terraza no pudimos disfrutar mucho porque hacia un calor insoportable, que aunque cuenten con toldo justamente esos días estaba haciendo mucho calor y se estaba mejor en casa con el aire! La limpieza correcta, sin más, había detalles que se escapaban pero tampoco era algo exagerado ni que no se pudiera estar. También he de decir que solicité entrar antes de la hora prevista y el servicio de limpieza agilizo para facilitarme el trámite. Para acceder a la casa hay que bajar unas escaleras, que con un bebé en brazos más todo lo que te llevas a la playa o simplemente cuando vas a comprar y vienes cargado se hace un poco incómodo para varios días. La ubicación bien, a una media hora de Palma. Y el pueblo muy bonito. Aunque la zona de restaurantes bastante cara, ya que da cara al puerto. El aparcamiento justo, siempre encontramos sitios pero la mayoría de veces un poco alejados del apartamento. Ya que no tiene parking privado.La comunicación con la propietaria bastante escasa, contestaba cada varios días mis dudas. Aunque también es verdad que no era algo urgente. El día de la entrada si que estuvo atenta y me contestó enseguida. De hecho el sistema de entrada al apartamento muy sencillo y fácil. En resumen me parece una buena opción!!

Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider wurden einige Wohnungen sehr lärmend renoviert. Unter dem Balkon war es ab 9 Uhr morgens sehr laut, es wurde gebohrt, das Dach neu gemacht.

Fonctionnel et jolie vue

Le point fort de cet appartement est la vue. Le confort est passable (il nous a manqué une passoire pour égoutter les pâtes et une machine à café). Le point noir est l'insonorisation, on entend les voisins à toute heure du jour et de la nuit.
