The house is located in Callian which is a beautiful provencal village.
The house place is quiet and completely well adapted for children in term of security and possibility to play without stress for parents. Facing the pool , you can enjoy your meals on a terrace with equipped with a large BBQ.
You can make beautiful walks in the woods directly from the house on foot or by mountain bike.
Near Callian , visit the surrounding villages or will go to Lake Saint -Cassien for water activities. A half an hour : Cannes, Frejus and its beaches. One hour : Nice and its airport, Saint- Tropez, the Gorges du Verdon

Villa Pipistrelle

Très jolie villa, calme et paisible. Gros bémol sur la propreté de l'électroménager, vaisselles, four électrique, plancha, etc... WC équipés de sanibroyeur (fosse septique) donc souvent bouchés. Quelques dysfonctionnements par rapport à l'annonce, mais les propriétaires étaient joignables et disponibles. Malgré cela, nous avons passés une très bonne semaine.

Une superbe villa avec tout le confort nécessaire

Tout s'est parfaitement passé durant notre séjour dans la Villa de Nicolas et sa famille. Un très grand jardin avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre : piscine sécurisée avec douche solaire, transats et un grand coin repos très appréciable, terrain de pétanque, panier de basket, table de ping-pong et même un but de foot ! La villa est également parfaitement équipée avec 4 chambres, 1 salon spacieux et l'ensemble des équipements nécessaires. Quant à la localisation, la villa est dans un lotissement calme, à 2 pas d'un parcours de santé très agréable. Merci Nicolas pour votre accueil !

Belle propriété, idéale en famille ou entre amis

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 ados et nous avons passé trois semaines dans cette location à Callian en août 2014. Bien située, au calme, des pièces spacieuses, propres, décorées avec goût, beaucoup de place pour les rangements, une cuisine très fonctionnelle où rien ne manque. Le jardin est entretenu chaque semaine, et on a apprécié les salons extérieurs, le coin pétanque à l'ombre (attention aux moustiques !), et la piscine, suffisamment vaste pour de longs moments au frais ! La région est très chouette, beaucoup de balades à faire. Location à recommander, bon contact avec les propriétaires, à l'écoute en cas de besoin.

Sejour dans une villa magnifique !

Sejour magnifique dans cette villa et propriete parfaitement entretenue et equipee, photos tout a fait conformes, bien qu'encore mieux en realite. Endroit tres calme, espace piscine securise, barbecue, trampoline, petanque, parfait pour vacances en famille. Wifi disponible. Nombreuses activites possibles dans les environs. Communication excellente avec les proprietaires, tres bon accueil. Tellement satisfaits que nous revenons cette annee !

"Noua avons eu les magnif...

"Noua avons eu les magnifique vacances dans cette region. C''est le domaine tres calme, tres proche de foret et dans 10 minutes par la voiture de lac Saint-Casien. La ville Callian est situee sur les belles collines et a plein de charme de region de Provence. La villa est tres bon equipee, en tres bon etat. Nos enfants ont profitee beaucoup de tres grand terain avec la piscine. On peut recommender cette villa pour les familles avec les enfants. La voiture est neсessaire."
