Great property and location for a family. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen. The location is great, right across from the beach and a short walk to all of the cute shops and restaurants in Del Mar. Tracy, the property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to Del Mar!

Fantastic property and location. If you are looking to be in the right place for a beach life experience this is for you. The house is large and accommodating with excellent amenities. Plenty of space to spread out and hang out for all the guests. No need to struggle for parking and the beach access is ideal. Great property manager with Tracy close by.

What fortunate future renters who will stay at this property. Morning coffee on the second floor balcony to usher in the morning while watching the surf and falling to sleep to the relaxing sound of waves. The home is perfectly situated near the village of Del Mar and the beach steps away. However there is peaceful privacy as well. We look forward to coming back to this well equipped, clean, welcoming home. Tracy Weaver, the host was very attentive and ensured that our six week stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Tracy.

Very good spot in Del Mar

The location is super, and the property very well maintained. Kitchen very good size with first rate appliances and plenty of utensils. Lots of private outdoor space for a beach property. Manager lives close and is attentive. Would stay again.

My family and I have rented many vacation homes - this was top of the top for our Spring Break Vacation. The home was perfectly located for beach days and exploring numerous activities in the area. Honestly, the house itself was our main activity. The outdoor living space was our favorite followed by the over-the-top chef's kitchen appointed with everything you will need. The house came complete with all the starter supplies, bath and beach towels, beach toys, and even a cart to load it all on for the 30 second walk across the street. Clearly, the owners care about the experience of their guests. Manager Tracy Weaver was available for our needs, but we did not need him. We will absolutely stay here again. Our only complaint was that we were only able to stay one week!

Perfect Beach House in Del Mar

This house was even nicer than the pics. It is perfectly located next to the beach with the ability to walk to most of the great restaurants in Del Mar. Well equipped kitchen and great outdoor space. Deck on second floor was also amazing for a glass of wine looking out at the stars as the kids slept. Kids surfed every morning then hung out playing pool in the shade on the deck. Hot tub was also great for the colder morning sessions. For surfers, the outdoor shower is perfect. All kids walked into the house clean and washed eliminating the usual battle with sand in a beach house. Plenty of beach toys in the garage as well. Overall, everyone loved the house and we all want to go back there soon!

Exceptional Home!

The location of this property in the heart of Del Mar couldn't be better. It is one block from to the beach and within walking distance of most of Del Mar's best shops and restaurants. The decor is classy yet cozy, and the house is quite spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for a master chef and the large, outdoor space with fireplace, pool table, and jacuzzi is perfect for socializing and relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing. We plan to visit Del Mar again soon and will rent this property again.
