River stone house entirely renovated with traditional materials: terracotta floor, chestnut beams, solid oak parquet, stone sink, lime paint... It perfectly combines modernity and tradition for a change of scenery in the middle of an enchanting natural setting.

Very quiet in a field of 8 hectares of century-old oaks bordered by the river 'Tartagine'.
Ideally situated at the gateway to the Balagne, Corté and the Asco valley, you can enjoy a temperate climate in winter, with snow-covered mountains less than an hour away.
The house offers beautiful volumes with vaulted ceilings at 4m80.
The ground floor consists of a bathroom with a large Italian shower, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a period stone sink, and a living room with fireplace, dining area, TV and a single sofa bed.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with separate WC and a mezzanine with two double beds.
The decoration is new and neat.
The swimming pool heated from May to the end of September (with supplement depending on the season) uncovered, secure is in operation and completely private.

Wonderful property

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Traumhafte, idyllische Lage ohne Nachbarn mit grandiosem Weitblick!Ausreichend Geschirr/Besteck, s.d. man den Geschirrspüler vollmachen konnte. Jede Menge Sitzplätze mit und ohne SonneTotale Erholung in ruhiger Umgebung. Wer flanieren oder Abends etwas erleben möchte, dem wird's nicht zusagen.... Wir haben es genossen und kommen wieder!!!

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit liebevoller, umfangreicher Inneneinrichtung, sehr geschmackvoll und mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Traumhafter, sauberer Pool, wunderschöne Außenanlagen mit unzähligen Sitz- und Liefegelegenheiten. Phantastischer Blick in das Gebirge, guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren, ruhig gelegen...einen besseren Ort zum Genießen und Entspannen gibt es kaum Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Haus liegt sehr einsam - allerdings direkt an einer kleinen Straße. Haus ist Top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Außenanlage etwas ungepflegt, wird aber durch den traumhaften Blick wieder wettgemacht

Urlaub für Ruhesuchende in traumhafter Umgebung mit privatem Pool

Charmantes Steinhaus mit privatem Pool mitten in der Natur mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen, wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße und ist komplett eingezäunt. Der Pool ist ca. 8x3 m und überall gleich tief. Das Haus ist angenehm kühl, verfügt aber auch über eine Klimaanlage. Insgesamt ist es sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Es ist auch deutsches TV und gutes WLAN (innen & außen) verfügbar. Baptiste ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter. Bei Fragen und Problemen meldet er sich sofort und kümmert sich direkt darum. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in La Casetta.

Wunderschön

Sowohl die ruhige Lage mit Fernsicht auf die Berge als auch das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus waren einfach wunderschön. Die Betten bequem, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Der grosse Garten mit viel Bäumen lädt zum verweilen im Schatten ein und der Pool krönt das ganze. Man konnte gut auch einmal einen Tag „zuhause“ verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Castifao verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgeschieden. Man hat rundherum beinen herrlichen Blick auf Wiesen, Baueme und Berge und kann sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten der Bäume sitzen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber und die Betten sind breit und bequem. Zum Einkaufen sind es 8 Minuten, zum Strand ca 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wiederkommen!!

LA BEAUTE DANS LA TRANQUILITE

La maison est parfaitement rangée et propre. Il n'y manque rien. Située sur un terrain au calme avec vue sur les montagnes corses mais à proximité des commerces. De quoi passer un séjour parfait Petit bémol sur la piscine chauffée (elle est juste chauffée par une bache à bulles ce qui est suffisant en période d'été mais pas au printemps). Le proriétaire est très sympathique

Superbe paysage avec une localisation parfaite

Une excellente adresse avec une vue dégagée et reposante. La localisation permet de rayonner dans la région pour des randonnées de tout type (pont génois, lac de nino, …). En fin de journée la piscine est là pour la détente et si vous préférez en 20 min vous pouvez vous retrouver sur la plage.

Propriétaires très gentils, très sympathiques. Merci à eux pour les produits régionaux à notre arrivée. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, il ne manque rien, la piscine est un plus, nous en avons bien profité. La Corse est merveilleuse.

Séjour parfait!

Casetta très agréable ,chaleureuse et bien entretenue . Tout est bien pensé pour que l'on profite au mieux de chaque espace. Des petites attentions qui permettent de se mettre a l'aise dès notre arrivée. Située au centre de tous les endroits a visiter (moins d'une heure ) Et située dans un endroit très très calme et reposant . Hôte disponible pour toute demande . On recommande a 100% !

"Bien plus que des notes… des sensations merveilleuses, un séjour où notre tribu s''est fabriquée de fabuleux souvenirs. Une vue sur les Aiguilles de Poppolasca magique, un environnement sauvage qui fourmille de voisins étonnants (vaches, moutons, lapins, mylans royales, perdrix…). Et une bergerie pleine de charme, rénovée avec goût et confort par un propriétaire délicieux, discret, prévenant et sympathique."

Perfekter Familienurlaub in Grossartiger Lage!!

Wir hatten seit langem den schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaub! Das Haus ist unglaublich liebevoll und geschmackvoll restauriert und liegt wunderschön auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, die Sicht auf die Berge rundherum ist atemberaubend, die Fotos können garnicht einfangen wie toll die Natur und das Hochtal um das Haus herum ist, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, im ersten Stock gibt es sogar noch eine extra Toilette, das Bad ist Grosszügig und modern, besonders hervorheben möchten wir die vielen Sitz und Loungemöglichkeiten draussen, am Pool, unter den Bäumen und am Haus, welche für alle unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten ideal zu nutzen sind, obwohl es im August über 30 grad warm war, geht dort immer eine leichter Wind, der Pool hat die optimale Grösse für kleinere Kinder welche noch nicht 100% schwimmsicher sind, die ganze Anlage ist auch für Kinder sehr gut gerüstet, wir wollten nach einer Woche garnicht abreisen und können nun nach dem Vergleich mit Südkorsika sagen, der Norden ist noch viel reizvoller, wir werden in jedem fall wiederkommen! DANKE Baptiste, dass ihr uns so einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht habt!! NMPC

Le paradis en Corse

Notre séjour fut des plus agréables. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette charmante maison en contemplant le paysage depuis la piscine. Tout y est et il ne manque absolument rien. Les hôtes sont charmants et vous serez enchantés à n'en pas douter. Foncez.

Traumhaftes Häuschen mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, eine geschmackvolle, tolle Einrichtung, einen schönen großen Pool, Liegestühle usw. Wir waren überrascht, wie schnell an die schönen Strände gelangen kann und aber auch zum Gumpen-Baden z.B. ins Restonika- bzw. Asco-Tal....Der Kontakt zu Baptiste war super-sympathisch...

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires ont contribué à l'enchantement de notre séjour d'une semaine en août dans cette bergerie restaurée avec goût, située dans un cadre somptueux, authentique et à l'écart des circuits touristiques. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur grâce à la climatisation et la piscine. La route derrière la maison et très peu passante. La région offre de nombreuses possibilités de promenades et de visites culturelles. La plage de l'Ostriconi est à proximité. Une très bonne expérience.

Jolie bergerie en pleine nature

Nous venons de passer deux belles semaines dans cette jolie bergerie bien équipée, en pleine nature en restant toutefois très facile d’accès et proche de toutes les commodités à moins de 10 minutes même au mois d’Août (toutes courses à Ponte Leccia et une excellente boulangerie à Pietralba). La nature à l’état pur sur 360 degrés, une piscine vraiment très agréable pour en profiter et avoir envie d’y passer des journées complètes. Pour les amoureux de la plage, l’Ile Rousse est très facilement accessible en ½ heure environ (premières plages à Lozari à 20 minutes). Et pour les amoureux de la nature, la superbe vallée de l’Asco est à proximité, la Castagniccia toute proche et les montagnes vers Vizzavone également à peine à plus d’une heure. Bastia et Corte également très faciles d’accès. Excellent séjour donc, de très bons moments. Et merci à Madame et Monsieur Cervoni pour leur excellent accueil très sympathique et attentionné.

Why they chose this property

This centenarian construction has been a family-owned property for many generations. Until 1960, it used to be a barn and sheepfold. Completely abandoned for 40 years, it became my property after family succession in 2002. That was when, my wife, our children, and I have decided to bring it back to life, renovating both the inside and the outside areas, without taking away its charm, its rive-stone areas, its arches, and so on. It gives me great satisfaction to bring the property of my ancestors, where I spent part of my adolescence, back to life.

Ideally located in the very centre of Haute-Corse, this charming construction will allow you for touring around to the sea and mountains in a very short time, without having to travel long distances by car.
