"Mr G's house was very comfortable, well equipped, spacious and clean. The outside area was excellent for lounging, eating, reading, etc. and provided an open view of surrounding gardens and a lovely view of the sea. The guardian, Mrs Lescailles, was efficient, helpful and very pleasant. All in all, we had a very enjoyable week in this accommodation and would recommend it wholeheartedly."

Really lovely house and placement

Nice house, well equipped with a wonderful balcony and a good view to the sea. The pool is very good - our only and little comment is that there was too much chlorine in the pool when we arrived. It got better during the week. We missed an outdoor barbecue. We loved to walk the short distance to Saint Maxime. A little tourist city at the good way - Nice small streets, good shops, bars and wineryshops. The restaurants are quite expensive.

Nice stay, house needs some maintenance

The house was great with an very cold swimming pool in october. There was some damage at the kitchen, the doors need a good cleaning or new varnish. The bathroom by the master bedroom is outdated. You have to shower in the bath and everything becomes very wet.

Eine wirklich hervorragendes Ferienhaus. Besonders der große Garten mit Pool ist wirklich fantastisch. Ein toller Blick ist garantiert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß und sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Mobiliar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles top in Ordnung. Selbst Zeitschriften und Spiele sind vorhanden gewesen. Für deutschspachige Besucher: es gab sehr viele deutschsprachige Sender im Fernsehen. Wir wurden außerordendlich nett empfangen und haben ein paar sehr gute Empfehlungen bekommen.Achtung ist allerdings mit der Einfahrt geboten. Bei Autos mit etwas größerem Radstand und normaler Bodenfeiheit wird es sehr knapp (alle mussten jedes mal aussteigen und sehen, dass der Wagen nicht aufsetzte). Bei SUVs sollte es aber kein Problem sein.Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen. Das Haus ist eine Empfehlung.Vielen Dank für den schönen Empfang Mme Leconte!

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht und waren diesmal wieder genauso begeistert. Sowohl die Lage als auch die Privatsphäre wussten wir erneut sehr zu schätzen. Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde die Unterkunft zudem weiter aufgewertet: Neuer Fernseher, neue Terrassenmöbel und ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastisch!

We hebben een supervakantie gehad. Wat een prachtige plek en uitzicht. Heerlijke villa met mooi groot terras en zwembad. Fijne tuin. Groene omgeving en gelegen in een rustig straatje op kwartier lopen van centrum. Parkeren bij het huis mogelijk maar krappe draai. Zelf beddengoed en handdoeken meenemen of huren via een bedrijf.

Suupi! Gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu sechst und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub genossen, vielen Dank liebe Fam. Gerber, dass Sie uns das Haus für 2 Wochen überlassen haben. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles funktionierte, was wir essen wollten konnten wir kochen, denn die Küche hatte alles was wir dazu brauchten. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Außerdem gab es auch Utensilien für den Strand, Sonnenschirme, Strandhocker, Bälle und Beachball. Wir brauchten keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Waschmascine kaufen, keine Müllsäcke und Spülmittel! Im Juni konnten wir die Vorsaison geniessen, allerdings wurde in der Ferne an den Wochentagen gebaut. Insgesamt war es doch recht ruhig und unsere Nachbarn waren überaus sympathisch. Leider hatten wir keine Badematten mitgenommen, die fehlten im Badezimmer. Mit dem Auto hatte ich Angst die Ausfahrt herauszufahren,das mussten mein Sohn oder mein Mann für mich übernehmen... alles im allen : eine wunderschöne Zeit in Sainte Maxime in Ihrem Haus!

Große familienfreundliche Unterkunft im Golf von St. Tropez

Das am Rande des Küstenstädtchen Sainte-Maxime gelegene Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer der vielen Villensiedlungen in den Hügeln oberhalb des Meeres. Vom Trubel der Innenstadt und Küstenstraße bleibt man hier verschont. Dennoch sind Strand und Altstadt nur 5 bzw. 15 Min Fußmarsch entfernt. Wie überall entlang der Côte d'Azur finden jedoch auch in St. Maxime fortwährend Bauarbeiten für Neubauten und Renovierungen statt, sodass es zumindest wochentags nie ganz so ruhig ist, wie man es sich dies manchmal im Urlaub wünschte. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet. Man merkt der Immobilie und dem Inventar zwar durchaus an, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir haben uns mit unserer vierköpfigen Familie dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Pool hatte es unseren zwei Kindern (7 und 4 Jahre) schnell angetan. Einige Hinweise: - Als Ausländer sollte man wissen, dass Empfang und Abschied durch Haushälterin und Putzfrau ausschließlich auf Französisch stattfinden. - Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbst mitzubringen oder bei einer externen Firma auszuleihen (wir können Pressing du Marche in der Altstadt von St. Maxime empfehlen). - Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Programm an deutschen TV-Sendern. - Das WLAN ist vergleichsweise langsam. Auch der Mobilfunkempfang rund ums Haus ist kaum zum Surfen im Internet geeignet. - Die Tordurchfahrt aufs Grundstück entpuppt sich für Nicht-SUVs schnell als Hindernis, an dem man aufsetzen kann.

Moderniesiertes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa in Sainte Maxime sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt, wobei wir die Küche nicht zum Kochen benutzt haben. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner funktionen perfekt, der Reinigungsdienst des Pools arbeitet unauffällig und zuverlässig. Leider ist die Einfahrt in das Grundstück mit einem größeren Fahrzeug schwierig. da jederzeit die Gefahr besteht, aufzusitzen. Da die Straße sehr schmal ist, aber trotzdem viel zu schnell gefahren wird, ist ein Parken vor der Tür nicht zu empfehlen. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts eine Baustelle in der Nähe, die für ordentlich Lärm gesorgt hat. So wurden es am Ende 4 statt 5 Sterne.

Superschönes Haus

Wir danken der Familie Gerber, die uns in ihrem Haus einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat. Das Haus war sehr groß, äußert sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse waren sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war super groß und sehr sauber. Leider war das wlan nicht so gut, aber das war nicht schlimmm. Die Umgebung war sehr schön , die Strände auch. Der Empfang und die Rückgabe durch Frau Lescaille waren total unkompliziert und schnell. Man kann in diesem Haus einen wahnsinnig tollen Urlaub genießen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Bäckerei bzw. Innenstadt. Schönes, geräumiges Haus, Innenausstattung wirkt zusammengewürfelt, Küche neu und gut ausgestattet. Viele Klimaanlagen und Sitzgelegenheiten, großzügige Terrasse und Garten mit Blick auf schönen Baumbestand und etwas Mittelmeer / St. Tropez. Gute Sichtabschirmung zu den Nachbargrundstücken. Pool noch sehr neu. Hinweise: - tagsüber in den Küstenstädten Verkehrsstaus - Wenn Handtücher bestellt werden, genau angeben, was alles geliefert werden soll

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick und guter Lage

Wir haben im September 2022 zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen, ruhigen Haus verbracht. Die Terrasse und der gepflegte Pool sind großzügig angelegt und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Der Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen (10-15 Minuten) und auch ein schöner Strand ist nur 5 Minuten (Auto) entfernt. Die Ausstattung im Haus bitetet alles was man braucht. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben :)

Tolles Haus, sehr schöne Außenanlagen mit Pool, herrlicher Blick, ruhige Lage, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Stadt, in 300 m am Strand, an dem Badeschuhe empfehlenswert sind, freundliche Vermieter, insgesamt sauber mit wenigen Ausnahmen insbesondere im Bereich der Küche, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert
