Ours is a very private, fully furnished, luxury air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath wine country home located a short 5-minute walk to Main Street in the charming town of St. Helena in the heart of the Napa Valley.
The 2-level, light-filled home with high-speed WiFi and original art throughout has a newly remodeled fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a family room with a 4K TV, a living room with two sofas, a dining area that seats up to 8, four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 baths (including 2 full ensuite baths, one full jack-and-jill bath, and a half bath), and a beautiful fully-landscaped rear entertainment area with a bocce court, an outdoor kitchen with large Wolfe BBQ, gas range, warming oven and ice maker, a 12-foot diameter plunge pool/spa, and two large seating areas - one with with two sofas and a fireplace and another for dining that seats up to 10 persons (both areas are under gazebos with extendable awnings). The two-car garage has a Level 2 EV charger and additional off-street parking with room for another two cars..
The primary suite features a king-size bed, a large 4K TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an extra-large tub and a separate shower and WC.
The main guest room, also on the upper level overlooking the quiet neighborhood, features a hand-crafted queen-sized French iron bed, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
The two guest bedrooms on the ground level feature queen-sized beds and share a large double-sink "Jack and Jill" bathroom adjoining a separate WC with a glass-walled shower. There is also a half-bath 'powder room' just outside the door to one guest bedroom.
The family room has a fireplace and looks out through large windows and French doors onto a very private large nicely landscaped rear entertainment area that includes an outdoor kitchen with Wolf appliances, bar, bocce court, large spa that can seat 8 - 10 people, a gazebo-covered conversation/seating area, a second gazebo-covered dining area with seating for 8, and a fireplace.
Downtown St. Helena is a mere 5-minute level walk on a paved sidewalk through a nice neighborhood. St. Helena has numerous restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, salons, exercise and spa facilities, wine tasting rooms, etc. There is a large Safeway market two blocks from the house and a gourmet market another three blocks further on..
Rentals must be for a minimum of 30 days and the rental fee includes internet service, the gardener, and trash removal. Water, sewer, gas and electricity costs will be passed onto the Guest monthly.
