The property was very lovely with well maintained grounds perfect for enjoying summer days. We were swimming in the pool every day and ate some meals in the outside dining area by the BBQ. It was also nice to sit outside at night, watching the stars and listening to cicadas. Zelia was a gracious host. The property is about a 20 minute drive from the centre of Faro or the closest beaches. It worked for us since we were driving to different places every day. We would definitely come again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casinha Teco Leco and Zélia was a very nice host. We arrived late and Zélia was so kind to wait for us. Communication with her was very nice.A very pleasant and quiet place to relax and a good starting point for day trips to the touristic places to be at Algarve. Our kid loved the Pool and the cat Shanou, who came to visit us every day in the Morning.We observed two little disarvantages: During Heat periods with temperatures 30C, the House got very warm and did not cool down during the night. The Air con ist just cooling down the living room, Not the bed rooms. But Zélia told us that she's planning to renovate the House during Winter time. Secondly, the bathroom was a bit smelly.

We had a great week relaxing at this property. The pool and garden are fabulous. A really peaceful location but within an easy drive to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The host was was very helpful when called upon but also respectful of our privacy at other times.

Zelia was very responsive to the weather related problems we encounteted while at her cottage, including power outages and internet issues. Her property is a park like oasis and ghe cottage was very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful Stay

The property is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool and gardens are fabulous and very peaceful. Located in a quiet area but also within easy reach of exploring different areas. Zeila and her family were very welcoming but also very discreet.

Perfect gem of a place

Everything about this property was fantastic, from the well-stocked kitchen to the pool! Our host, Zelia, made us feel most welcome and was incredibly helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring Faro and the algarve.

Rural paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at Casinha Leco Teco. It was the perfect location for our family to explore the Algarve and a nice relaxing rural area to enjoy in the evenings. We liked the pool and relaxing in the hammock, as well as the beautiful gardens. We will definitely recommend this location to others!

Lovely and peaceful

A really lovely place. Especially the garden is really nice with lots and lots of different plants and trees to discover and of course the pool and a nice place to eat outside. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are what they need to be. Also very good communication by the owner.

Amazing place

Very nice and spacious place! Check in was very easy, friendly - helpful host as well. A lot of nice nature around. Friendly dog and cat, my kids enjoyed spend time with them. Inside the house you can find everything what you need. We was very happy, because there was warm and cozy even at the winter time.

The property was ideal for the 2 week stay my wife and I enjoyed in March 2023, and our hosts Mr and Mrs Marcos were most welcoming. Situated in the countryside close to Bordeira the setting was both beautiful and extremely quiet. We were able to walk to nearby villages and eating places. Bordeira is also within driving distance of a variety of beaches and historic sites.

Perfect start to our Portugal Trip

We stayed for 5 days and loved it. The Kids played outside or took a bath in the pool. Great spot for trips in the area (by car). We recommend Ilha de Tavira or the Beach Loule Velho. The Café Aromas perfeitos was perfect for coffee and icecream in the morning. We would definetly recommend to stay here! Thank you!!
