In a modern subdivision Pléneuf Val André, pretty village of Cotes d'Armor, this beautiful modern villa very well equipped for relaxing with family. It can accommodate 6 people including 2 adult couples. Very modern, the interior is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: large lounge with dining area for 6 people and open kitchen; a double room with integrated shower room; a separate WC.
-With The floor: a room with two single beds and a cot, ideal for children; a double bedroom with ample storage space. A bathroom with WC
- A terrace equipped with a garden furniture, electric awning and barbecue. It opens onto the garden so children can play safely under the gaze of their parents.
The duplex house includes all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, hob, oven, hairdryer ...) and duvet covers, and maintenance products. Our pets are not allowed.

Maison neuve très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée y compris en produits d'entretiens, et très agréable, située plein sud avec une baie vitrée donnant sur terrasse et jardinet sans vis à vis. tres belle location propre et très fonctionnelle avec la salle de bains et salle d eau pour accueillir deux couples bien située pour accéder aux plages et aux deux centres ville du VAL et de PLENEUF propiétaires chamants b bref un bon séjour et une location que l on ne peut que recommander juste pour une très grande famille les deux plalques chauffantes sont parfois un peu juste on reviendra c est certain
