DESCRIPTIONS:
Bring the whole family (four-footed kids included) to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea at the oceanfront duplex, Beach Allure East. This unusually large duplex offers 5 bedrooms and 3 living room areas!
The ground level of this oceanfront half duplex has a large sitting area complete with a TV, oceanviews, and easy beach access. Also in this common space is a twin over double bunk bed. The guest rooms are located just off the sitting area. You will find a guest room offering a King bed and another offering 2 Queen beds. There is a large full bath located on this level.
The 2nd level is for socializing! The open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area open to a large deck with abundant seating where you can sit back and enjoy the view… and views there are! Simply gaze out of the living room windows and you cannot miss the beautiful ocean. The laundry area and a full bath are located off the kitchen. There is a separate den with a TV off of the entry as well as an additional full bath..
Heading up to the 3rd level you will find 3 more additional guest rooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, private bath and views from both spaces. The other guest rooms offer a King and Queen bed and share the large hall bath. All of the bed linens are laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.
This home is located in Spinnaker’s Reach. While Beach Allure East offers a beach walkway from the home there is also a community pool available. The pool is located less than a 5 minute walk away and is at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.

Excellent beach vacation

Even in November, this home’s location (steps away from the beach) can’t be beat! The hosts were so helpful and kept great communication throughout the stay. The home was clean and provided amenities for our 14-count family. We hope to return - it was one of our best home-away-from-home experiences!

Best Beach trip ever!

My kids and grandkids have stayed at several beach houses and we all came to the conclusion that this is the best stay we have ever had! Communication with landlord was fantastic, house was clean and spacious, and the view was outstanding. Definitely will return!

The layout worked for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment. There are some areas that could use a good deep clean (the bathrooms, couches, and the sliding door tracks). Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

Very nice place. Was easy to enjoy spending time with family since everything we needed was there.

The properry itself was wonderful. The area is great. I grew up in the area and live the quiet and peacefulness. Can do some siteseeing or just relax.

It’s fine. It’s not nice, it’s not terrible. The carpet downstairs looked borrowed from a Motel 8 after a bad crime scene clean up. There are lots of ripped and missing screens. The location to the beach is decent. The gas grill is embarrassing and probably gave us salmonella poisoning. Overall it seems like someone owns it and doesn’t care and they’re surprised it’s in the condition it’s in. Definitely won’t stay there again or with whoever manages it.

Why they chose this property

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay. This summer they will be hosting sandcastle building contests for those interested, which is bound to be a great time!
