Very secluded 3br family friendly (pets considered) full Cape at the end of a cul-de-sac. Located in rural Stage Harbor section of Chatham this house allows our renters to adhere to the current Mass State Covid-19 Guidelines, while enjoying walking & biking attractions the backside of Chatham offers. A short walk to beautiful (dog friendly) Stage Harbor Beach, less than a mile from Chatham light house and downtown you are afforded many options during these challenging times.

* Longer stays are available and will be discounted appropriately and is currently activated on the listing.

Located in the Historic Stage Harbor area of Chatham, minutes from beach, less then a mile from Chatham light house and downtown. House is situated on 1 acre of property at the end of a cul-de-sac with one side adjacent to conservation land, very quiet area.

Two working fireplaces, full eat in kitchen with dining room and living room. One bedroom upstairs with King & Twin beds, second bedroom with Full & twin beds. Full bath on second floor, tons of closet space in both bedrooms. Master suite located on the 1st level with a King Size Tempur-Pedic bed, flat screen w/ cable & full bath. Plenty of closet space on both floors and a 1st floor laundry space.

We stayed at this house for a wedding at Chatham Bars Inn and it was perfect. Beautiful area, clean and everything you needed was right there. I would totally recommend it and stay there again!

Beautiful family stay

Very comfortable and spacious home. Plenty of space for two couples and a baby. The location is incredible and the dog-friendly beach is just a quick walk away. We hope to stay there again soon!

Great Location!

Loved staying in Chatham this trip. The house was in a great location - private and quiet, yet easy to get to everywhere on the cape. Had nice walks with our dogs. House was everything as advertised and Jack was a terrific host.

Beautiful House

We absolutely loved staying here. The layout of the house was perfect for my family. It is an excellent location, close to the beaches and Main Street. The owner was very kind and responded very quickly to our questions. We will hopefully be back soon.

A lovely house in a convinent location

The house is very clean, cute and cozy. It has all little things you need if you want to just relax in the house. And it's close to everything, e.g. beaches, lighthouse, downtown, restaurants, local market, etc. Strongly recommend!

It is a great house and a great location (and well stocked). It is a short walk to a lovely dog friendly beach wIh beautiful views.. I would not hesitate to go back to the same louse and indeed would look forward to it.

A Little Weekend Away

Every year my 2 adult children and I take a weekend away on the Cape. This was the best one yet, and our new favorite house! Situated on a quiet culdesac, lots of quiet and lots of wildlife, but still close enough to town and beaches to be able to enjoy everything easily. The home is beautifully appointed and the owner is responsive and just lovely. Hope we can stay here again!

Great house in an amazing location

This was a great house in an amazing location. The check-in process was very smooth, with the host letting us know everything we needed to know about the house, and answering any questions we had about the town. Only a 5 minute walk to a nearby beach, and very close to several other beaches in the area. My only regret was we didn't get to spend more time here.

Comfortable home in Chatham with an easy dirve to everything

Great home in Chatham on a quiet cul de sac with plenty of privacy and close to everything in Chatham. The owner, Jack, was helpful from the very start to checkout and was quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls. The home had all the essentials, was very clean and comfortable . . . and would stay there again without hesitation.

Family friendly house in a great Chatham, MA location

We had a great July 4th week at 38 Monomoy, and the house is perfect for a family. There are wonderful amenities throughout, and having towels and linens is a big plus for any weekly vacationers. We did miss not having an outside shower, but everything else completely made up for that one shortfall. Bring your bikes, and ride to Oyster Pond, Main St, or Chatham Lighthouse in minutes. Heaven on Cape Cod

This home and location are amazing. The hosts are very personable and communicative. We truly felt at home here and enjoyed the beautiful location, house layout, and artwork/décor in the house. We spent the first night at the house looking at and enjoying the décor! The fresh flowers on the patio and kitchen tables were a lovely touch. The patio was glorious, during the evenings we heard owls and woodpeckers. In the daytime three huge turkeys wandered the backyard! We saw squirrels and rabbits too. We had such a wonderful time and cannot wait to return! We loved the town of Chatham, and all of the restaurants and shops and people. This was our first visit to Cape Cod and we will be back! Thank you so very much!

Peaceful, spacious home on the Cape

We stayed five days in this lovely home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Jack, the owner, met us at the property and explained all the features on our arrival. We were very pleased with the size of the bedrooms - two rooms had king beds - a requirement for us and the couple that stayed with us. The living space was generous, allowing us all to relax comfortably in the evening. Jack has the home decorated with his own family's art pieces - which made it even more cozy. We were particularly happy that each room had its own extremely quiet A/C unit and thermostat allowing us to control bedroom temps to our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked for any meal we wanted to make - even a lobster steamer! The location is 5 minutes from the center of Chatham, but is so quiet and peaceful, it seems like you are out in the country. If you have a clear night, be sure to walk down to the beach to star-gaze; it's amazing! Thanks again for a great Cape vacation!

Great visit

The owners were very responsive and flexible as we extended our stay another night. We loved the beach around the corner (and so did our dogs!). Beds were very comfy and the house was really well stocked with towels, beach towels and beach chairs. Neighborhood is super quiet so made for a very relaxing long weekend.

Ideal vacation home.

We loved this house. It included everything we needed including comfortable beds, great patio, yard for wiffle ball and a nice quiet location. Kids enjoyed taking the short walk to the beach to look for shells. The owner was very attentive, answering our questions quickly. I'd definitely go back.

Nice quiet getaway

We had a great time staying at this location. Room setup was perfect for our family of 5 plus our dog. The master suite was downstairs and far away from the kids’ rooms, which was really nice. House was we’ll stocked with kitchen stuff, linens, towels, etc…. Owner was also very quick to respond and there was very minimal work to do before checking out. Chatham is a nice town to walk around and go to summer league baseball game. We needed up going to the beach in Eastham because they allow dogs. It was really nice and kids had a lot of fun.

Cape Trip 2021

Comfortable home in a quiet residential area with walking access to water and beaches . Area provides opportunity for relaxation and long walks with the dog. The town of Chatham (Main Street) is pleasant and provides opportunity to enjoy both restaurants and commerce. Owner is a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive to requests. Very good 2 week experience. Now if the insane traffic thru lower CT and NYCT could be avoided the coming and going to the Cape would make for more routine trips from MD. Be prepared.

Many fond memories of sailing in Stage Harbor, claming, Friday nights listening to the band in the park gazebo and watching college baseball in Chatham and Orleans. There is not a better environment to bring your family for a week of sun and fun.

Our home is situated on the end of a cul-de-sac abutting conservation land, within a one minute walk to beautiful (dog friendly) Stage Harbor Beach. Less then one mile from picturesque Chatham Lighthouse, lighthouse beach and downtown Chatham. You are close enough to all so no vehicle is necessary if you enjoy beautiful scenic walks. Enjoy the pace of a true vacation destination day and night but leave all that behind when you return to the house for a relaxing evening under the stars which only the Cape can offer.
