This family-friendly, gated condo complex has the best views of the ocean right from your private 4th-floor balcony with easy access to the beach and pool area. The beautifully decorated, comfortable, and updated living space boasted a well-stocked kitchen complete with full-size laundry. There is room for 8 to sleep comfortably in 3 bedrooms including a 'family' bedroom (bunk beds/full-sized futon), an over-sized master with a king bed and lots of floor space for an additional blow-up bed, and a third guest bedroom with a queen bed. The eating area seats over ten comfortably.

Due to local ordinances, the condo is only available for monthly rentals. SHORT TERM rentals are not allowed.
