Single level Santa Barbara style home situated on 1.25 acres at the end of a 4 home cul-du-sac. The home features corian & granite kitchen counters, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, arched windows, plantation shutters, and a charming bee hive wood burning fireplace in the family room. The large master bedroom opens to furnished Arizona room. (800 sq. ft. in addition to the 2400 sq. ft. living space) The fully fenced private backyard is extensively landscaped with a large pool, teak furniture settings, BBQ and a patio heater. While the weather can be hot in the summer months, the pool is AMAZING! The pool is generally too cold for use October thru April but it is possible to run the heater September, October, April and May "weather permitting" for an additional $40.00/night.

Perfect for us

The home is accurately described, and was just what we needed. Roomy enough when we had family visitors for a few days, but comfortable for the two of us as well. We can’t say enough about the outside area, even more so since, with Covid, we were spending a lot of time at home. We were there in the fall, and having the pool heated was great. Susan was responsive and very easy to work with.

Best house we've ever rented!

This is not my first home to rent, but definitely, the best thus far, period. This house has all the things you would need to have in your own home. With the lot size, location, and the surrounding vegetation, you have an awesome privacy all around. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and very easy to work with. My wife and I spent the month of July there. The kitchen is full with all the details you would need in your own kitchen. The same for the baths and all other rooms. The swimming pool is big and very nice to use, relax, or exercise. It is about 5 minutes from a grocery store and a very short distance from many restaurants. A couple of things were not as perfect: Both ACs were a bit loud, especially the one next to the master bedroom. Also, although the owners have people come clean the swimming pool once a week, the pool wouldn't stay very clean more than 24 hours - maybe because of the unusual monsoon season we had. Many leaves, flowers, and bugs end up in the water. I've rented a different house before with a screened swimming pool and didn't have such problem. We would definitely recommend it and would consider it again.

Lovely home, spacious and quiet in an almost country setting.

About 20 to 30 minutes to Scottsdale restaurants and amenities. Desert drive one of most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Light hiking trails within 20 minute drive and even a small one behind the house. A nice getaway from the city! We actually stayed here for long term medical treatment and it worked out perfectly. Homeowners provided everything we needed!

Great property and location!

We rented this property for three months. Owners were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to be very comfortable. Clean, nicely decorated and filled with amenities. Linens, towels and kitchen supplies were plentiful and in excellent condition. Located on a quiet cul-du-sac, not too far away from many local attractions, restaurants and shopping. We have rented in Cave Creek/Scottsdale for years and this was one of the best!

We first travelled here in an RV and loved the area.
Having grown up in the north, we love the warm, dry weather and clear sunny skies. We love the fact that the home is on a large lot that is so quiet and private - and yet we are close to so many fine restaurants, shopping and events.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is SO private. You will love the ability to 'live outdoors' in the Arizona room. The outdoor propane heater makes it cozy to sit around the pool in the evenings.
