Located on The Foothills Golf Course in the quiet community of Ahwatukee in Phoenix Az, this custom built 2600 sq ft home with a 3 car garage features a foyer with massive columns, large eat in kitchen w/centre island and tile counters, 3 sided fireplace and soaring ceilings with a skylight. The south facing backyard has a large salt water pool, built in BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. Easy access to golf, shopping, biking and restaurants. (will not heat pool for months of Dec & Jan, extra fee for heated pool remainder of months, must be requested upon booking)

We purchased this property to secure a place in the sun to break up our Western Canadian Winters. We were looking for a location with a direct flight and a short drive from the airport.
