This is the perfect SUITE located in the east of the property for an outdoor lover who wants to feel the connection with nature and enjoy of an amazing experience outdoors. you can enjoy the outdoors and prepare a delicious meal using the grill on the patio.

Absolutely beautiful location. This property is gracefully set beside the 50 foot long pool shaped as a fish. This is quiet and peaceful, exotic and refined. Breezy and beautiful. You will feel, hear and sense the aromas, sounds and movements of the Pacific Ocean. Awaken to the songs of red cardinals, saffron finch, and morning doves. And, leisurely lounge by your swimming pool. we are Just a few yards from the waters edge of He'eia Bay where every evening you will see many dive boats doing the famous Manta Ray dive, you may also see sea turtle's that are often seen sunning themselves on the shore or will join you for a leisurely swim. The beach at He'eia Bay is black lava rock, dotted with white coral and black sand in between. These units have large lanais with lounge chairs, and dining sets for four, and large gas BBQs with burners. Comfortable, king size beds, and 42' Smart TVs. The kitchen has a sink, counter top, medium size refrigerator, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster oven and various dishes. No stove, or oven. Full bathrooms, shower, toilet and wash sink.

A hidden gem! This suite was the absolute best spot to spend our week on the Big Island. Paul and Kay were excellent hosts. Paul greeted us as we arrived and answered questions as they arose. The pool and hot tub, along with the quiet backyard, provided the perfect oasis for a week of relaxing in the sun. The suite had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. We cannot wait to return again!

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s property! Near to Kona but quiet neighborhood and great views from the pool and back yard. The hot tub and pool were an amazing way to end a day of exploring every evening.

Peaceful Paradise!

The house was lovely and clean, powerful air conditioning + constant breezes made it really comfortable. This was one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in. It was VERY clean and comfortable. The pool, outdoor kitchen and outdoor showers were super. Paul was a super host.

Perfect and quiet

This was the perfect place for us to get away for a long weekend. Mostly private pool, yard, and beach! If you are like me and don't want to deal with the crowds of a resort or hotel, this is a great place for you too. So glad we found this place for my first time in Hawaii!

Paul and Kay live upstairs from these one bedroom Suites. Paul was born in Providence, Rhode Island, Kay was born in Guildford, Surrey, England and emigrated to the US with two other girlfriends, when she finished school. Paul and Kay met in Manhattan Beach, California. They went to Hawaii on their honeymoon and decided to live in Hawaii.

Why they chose this property

This property has a beach public right of way bordering the east property line. This 'right of way' gives access to the beach on a 100' paved walkway.

What makes this property unique

This property is located on He'eia Bay which is right next to Keauhou Bay. He'eia Bay is a popular surf spot in the winter months and is known by the local surfers as H Bay. In the summer it is also a good dive spot, and enjoyed by many night divers and spear fishermen. Keauhou bay which is two blocks from our home has charter boats, kayaking, canoeing,famous manta ray dive boats etc. The local grocery store "KTA", is also two blocks away in the Keauhou Shopping Center.
