House / Villa - PENVENAN

A house and a maisonnette allowing accomodation in two distinct spaces for a family and friends(7 + 3 people). Very calm, closed garden (very secure for the children), small access street with no traffic at all. (Small) sight on sea from the first stage. Family beach at five minutes by feet and via peaceful streets. French sailing school at 600 meters. Ideal for sea and Brittany lovers (no mass tourism and large shopping at Port Blanc, but instead quite space and splendid landscapes).
