Ideally located in centre of Almerimar. 5 minutes walk to good value supermarket, bars and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to two quiet beaches. Relax on the terrace with fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains. The golf course club house is directly opposite the apartment and within a few minutes walk.

There is a huge range of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. They range from Spanish, British, Irish, Indian, Italian and more. Most bars serve a good range of tapas with their drinks. Some tapas are like meals in themselves!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You will be sure to want to return after such a relaxing holiday!

Free parking is included in a secure underground car park close to a lift with easy access to apartment.

Free WIFI which is capable of streaming Netflix. Amazon etc. (Firestick, Google Chromecast etc. required)

To improve our guest's comfort two new good quality beds were purchased very recently.

There is an electric meter installed to control electricity costs. A fair allowance for electricity is included in the rental price. If you need to top up the meter you can buy top up cards for the meter from our agent.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Fridge to be emptied completely. All rubbish to be taken out and disposed of in the bins provided in the street.
The apartment to be left in the same condition that you found it. Keys to be left with Alcor, as instructed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please use the throws for the sofas to protect them against staining from sun cream etc.
Please empty all rubbish into the bins outside (in car parking bay at back of apartment block)

Lovely apartment right near the harbour

We had a wonderful 10 days in this apartment that has everything you need at a very good rental price. It was close to the supermarket and all the great bars and restaurants!

We had a lovely stay in the spacious apartment, there was everything there that you needed with a very well equipped kitchen, a very large supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and plenty of bars & restaurants open around the marina all over the Xmas & New Year.

SUPER SEJOUR, VACANCES INOUBLIABLES !!!

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, c'est-à-dire splendide ! Sa situation est parfaite : la plage est à quelques minutes et le supermarché à 300 mètres. Une piscine au 1er étage de la résidence est particulièrement agréable : peu de monde, très propre et un gardien très sympathique. Encore un plus pour cet appartement, une place de parking en sous-sol, accessible directement par ascenseur. Nous tenons à remercier Tevor pour sa disponibilité par mails ainsi que la responsable de l'agence pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié Grenade, Malaga, Guadix, Pampaneira et Mojacar... Quant aux restaurants autour du port, nous avons eu un accueil très agréable au restaurant irlandais et surtout à la Gaviota (délicieuse paella !!)... Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui ont envie de découvrir les merveilles de cette région et qui souhaitent passer des vacances calmes et inoubliables. Encore un grand merci à Trevor !

Fabuleux !

3ème séjour dans cet appartement luxueux. Lorsque vous entrez, vous êtes immédiatement conquis par la chaleur et la propreté des lieux. Ce propriétaire est très attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau à l'automne... Merci Trevor et à bientôt.

"J''ai passé une nouvelle fois 3 semaines de bonheur à Almerimar ; l''appartement est très agréable et on s''y sent bien, c''est cosy... Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pour toute question par email... Il fait régulièrement de petits aménagements qui sont appréciés ; il se soucie du bien être de ses locataires et c''est très agréable... J''ai hâte d''y retourner :-)) I spent again 3 weeks of happiness to Almerimar; the apartment is very pleasant and we feel good there, it''s cosy... The owner is very nice and available for any question by email... He makes regularly small arrangements which are appreciated; he cares about the good to be of his tenants and it''s very pleasant... I and my wife have recently retired, having run a busy internet business for over 20 years. We live on the east coast of the UK and enjoy travelling. We love going to Almerimar for the sun and the convenience of the vast range of restaurants and bars. Everyone is so friendly. We fell in love with Almerimar as soon as we first saw it. It's so unique and has a luxury feel without the luxury prices!

Why they chose this property

The property is centrally located and close to all amenities. Literally a few minutes walk from a brilliant supermarket. Also a few minutes walk from a huge range of bars and restaurants around the marina and around the beaches. There's something for everyone. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and we always look forward to going back whenever we can.

What makes this property unique

There are some fantastic views from the terrace. You get a wonderful view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, snow capped for several months of the year. Also you get a great view of Almerimar golf course and beyond. The swimming pool is only a few minutes walk away and is usually very quiet and of course in full sun for most of the day!
The apartment was built to a very good standard with a marble floor and high quality bathroom and kitchen fittings. We have purchased good quality furniture and especially beds as we believe this is important for guest's comfort.
The kitchen contains a large range of coffee makers, cookware and cooking utensils.
There is a secure and convenient parking space which avoids the use of outside parking spaces which can be difficult to find nearby.
